They dont look that old, but they killed one daughter so maybe the other two were good enough to keep. It actually is not uncommon even history shows people used to get rid of children they felt were unfit to serve their society. Actually it was only in more recent times has this really changed.

Deviated according to who? That is the question Everyone accuses others of being deviated. But look at the proof, look at the Life of Priophet Muhammad(saw) he used to talk and interact with women ALL the time; if it is against islam, how do you explain this? If Islam is against abortion, why did Nabi(saw) say that soul enters the body at 120 days and not day 1?

Everyone can accuse others of being deviated; but The Life of Nabi(saw), evidences from hadith and Qur'an Al Sharif, show that the ones who are deviated are people who think like you

True---Why raise Pashtunwali an archaic value system of the bygone tribal ages out of step with the standards of today's age to a divinely level ? Over for it. Today is the age of knowledge, skill, civility, urbanity, and statehood. Enough with Pashtun and Pashtunwali, the two delusions.

This is an extreme response. There is nothing bad as such in Pashtun or Pashtunwali as a whole. Because of few abuses or misuses of Pashtunwali or being a Pashtun does mean we discard the whole institution of Pashtunwali and the whole nation/ethnicity/race of Pashtuns.

Every culture, society and institution has problems and need reforms but exterminating it completely is not the solution. If we say enough with Pashtuns and Pashtunwali then why we are here on Pashtunforums. We should join some universal or international forums. Being Pashtun and Pashtunwali is our identity, our distinction and our pride.
