in the 80s and the 90s the glorious mujahedin did the same , they killed people just because they happend to be related to simple police foot soldiers or they attacted civil servants killing every one in the shoba and then leave ...

so why was that what happend in the past jihad , and what is happening now a crime ????

why is it jihad if it is afghanistan but a crime in pakistan ???

SOME of the SO CALLED Mujahideen did what you describe, this is true ...like Hekmatyar but Mujahideen are very complex because they had diverse groups. The same Mujahideen who were killing policemen and relatives were also responsible for the Afghan Civil War but let's not say that these kinds of men are good guys. Not even Rasul(saw) targeted whole families or even mere rank and file people.

Jihad is never a crime; murdering people, civilians especially is ALWAYS a crime whether in Afghanistan or Pakistan. This is why Mullah Umar is a criminal and so is this Hakimullah Mehsud

2010 Admitting he's a blind believer not in God, but what other men says.

civilians are never legit targets NEVER.
          Lying,lying,lying.

Any force either they are locals or organized army, they are a legtimiate target in case of conflicts between two groups.

If they are killed in many ways, why can't they use tactics like invading Army bases, taking government soldiers as hostages.

what harm is he doing to the paki state? the state is in no position of collapse because of the ttp and its not exactly putting a dent in the economy since there is pretty much no economy in those areas. the state doesn't care about sacrificing its own soldiers to fight the ttp.

it was evident to all that pakistan was supporting NATO right after 9/11, it doesn't take until 2007 to figure that one out.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

wrong, the resistance tribal council to resist to exist against napak fooj ( pakistani army)and its government was proclaimed in 2004 and most of the fighters are locals, who wanted to wage war in Afghanistan after 2001,but Pakistan army tried to capture the safe havens of the Islamic emirate were fighters come from and they can make holidays, which are in Waziristan,Baluchistan.

due to TTPs attacks Pakistani politicians are ****ting their pants, pakistan army is unable to move around in areas of khybar-pakhtunkhwa,ISI is more frightend then it was ever, and have lost many criminal agents due to TTPs attacks.

Pakistan is a collapsing state and is in a state of chaos. Insecurity has spread to Punjab. There is a Balochistan and FATA insurgency as well as unrest in Karachi between different ethnic groups.

Pakistan, despite being a mercenary state at the service of NATO war, and being paid billions over the years for supporting the NATO war, has no economy due to rampant corruption.

You are right, everyone knew Pakistan was supporting the NATO war/Karzai regime from the get go. Thats not the issue.

Musharraf was requested by the US to start an operation in FATA which he agreed to in the period of 2004-2005. The US said that what they termed "safe havens" in FATA was preventing success in Afghanistan. This is where the Pakistani insurgency starts against the state. This is in tandem with the ongoing Afghan insurgency.

Pakistan is collapsing. There is a Balochistan insurgency and FATA insurgency
