Manipulation and desperation. They are fatal combinations.
It was quite obvious that the 'apology' was only ever going to be half-baked. It may have felt acceptable for Pakistan but even a blind man can see that someone here either lacks pride or was in no position to posture in the first place - not that I disagree with governments making a stand against US actions when the US is wrong. More than this being a case of the US knowingly throwing peanuts at monkeys as if global politics was just some big zoo, I find it difficult to respect that Pakistan was happy to scrape up those peanuts when even now the US has stockpiled its supplies and has less need for Pakistan's supply routes.

NATO paid 2.1 billion over 7 months to use NDN more. They were in a weak situatiion. They needed these supplies , and their slaves have obliged.
They needed the supply lines very much so. The other ones are not sufficient.
The Army and government were installed by the NRO. They dont care about pride. Shereen Mazari of PTI called Kayani a dog/slave
