That reminds me of Kumys/Ayrag, the Kazakh/Kyrgyz/Mongol version made of fermented mare's (horse's) milk. It's said to be mildly alcoholic.

artificial sweeteners is an unnatural product. It is better to put the regular natural sugar in your body than the chemical kind. If your going to avoid sugar in soda, than you have to avoid sugar all together including fruits, and even rice. Almost everything has sugar in it.

This alcohol in soda is non issue, almost everything with sugar potentially has it. It wont make you incoherent.

Some people drink "non-alcoholic" beer.

how much do you add? for something to get rid of the Hydroxyl, you'd need to know the exact alcohol amount, because not all of it reacts. so you may have some small amounts of alcohol in there.

Forget about the alcohol,i want to reminde you of the negatives effects of coke on your teeth,it completely destroys their upper protection of the teeth,search for some information on this.

I would not encourage you do drink it, i too like pepsi,but since i know what it does,i stopped.
