Pepsi and Coke contain Alcohol !

I have never really drinken juice, cola and that stuff but mostly water, tea, coffee and milk (camel, sheep and goat, cow). When I want the same energy that juice can give you I eat fruit and vetegables.

Normally it is adviced to stay away from dubious thing. If possible it is not worth to take the risk especially when you have now knowledge that such thing can contain it.

But since I am not an expert on this field I would need to read material on this matter. But from a PERSONAL standpoint I avoid such matters.

I must admit that this news come as a surprise.

Milk has alcohol in it too because in Cow's stomach bacteria metabolize the sugars in milk called Lactose it becomes converted into alcohol and gases.


of course it's always minute, since it takes a while to make milk fully alcoholic. BUT ANYTHING with sugar in it will have bacteria that metabolizes it, and anything metabolizes by aerobic bacteria will produce some amount of alcohol.


It's pathetic these Shayukh have NO knowledge science.

That's the thing, the tests didn't show any sign of alcohol, but perhaps those sodas didn't have those bacterial germs in them AT that time or the bacteria were not AT that time producing traceable amounts of alcohol.

We should also look at some of the testing methods used; because in any chemical marker tests, they just use litmus or pH, electrospectrometers would be able to find even a few particles of alcohol.

Some people drink "non-alcoholic" beer.
I did once and if it tastes that bad without getting you drunk, what the **** is the point of drinking it.

Anyway, alcohol is disgusting and nothing good comes out of it.

Im not too knowledgeable on this matter but I think the point is to not get intoxicated or incoherent. But any rotten fruit will have some alcohol that might even give some people a slight buzz. The sugar in the fruits start to ferment over time. Wine is made from rotten grapes.

I dont think this alcohol in the cola thing is an issue. But if you want to test how bad cola is for you. you should put someones tooth(like a child that had just had a loose tooth pulled) in a can of soda and in less than a week, the tooth will dissapear and dissolve in the cola.

the scientific research shows that rats fed 400 times the normal anount of sweetener get cancer
so yes, if you drink 400 liters a day you will give yourself cancer
then again if you drink 400 liters of anything a day (including sweet water from a clear mountain spring) it can't be good for your health

artificial sweeteners is an unnatural product. It is better to put the regular natural sugar in your body than the chemical kind. If your going to avoid sugar in soda, than you have to avoid sugar all together including fruits, and even rice. Almost everything has sugar in it.

This alcohol in soda is non issue, almost everything with sugar potentially has it. It wont make you incoherent.
