    I aint ignoring anything

US has lost, and are disgracefully exiting, The insurgency has spread everywhere, even the North

Only a loser who is still having faith in NATO will want to think otherwise.

Pakistan is disengaging from the War and trying to make good with Pashtuns after stabbing them in the back.

    Times changed.

It is about people that have not been given their fair share of representation. If your an average pashtun in afghanistan and you look at the government as your government and they deny you foreign scholarships and an equal access to education, they deny you the recognition of your kins blood being spilled for freeing the nation from the soviets occupation, and bringing an end to the civil war after najib's fall, they deny you the protection from harrassment by foreign military forces, etc.

I ask you why would these people support the government. I know you and I have criticized the pakistani government for the way of treating its people But when I think about this and the more I read and talk to people, I realize that the afghan government treats pashtuns far worse than the pakistani governmnet treats its pashtuns. That is a shame.
        Wait a moment, Khushal!

Not being given a fair share would mean that

        a) the Taliban are representing all Pashtuns and thats not the case; the Taliban weren´t given their share, that´s true;

        b) not getting their share doesn´t allow anyone to kill innocent people in revenge attacks; what have families done to be murdered?

I doubt it because Sherpao didn´t die in that attack.

This picknick resort is not a place for the elite or ISAF personal, it´s for normal Afghans who can afford it.
They are still civilians and innocent and have nothing to do with either side of the conflict.

Targetting them deliberatly is by no means legitimized, not by religious, moral or military means.

Killing those who you say you wanna protect from foreign aggression is the stupidest thing to do.

These are clearly actions to disrupt the creation of a civil sociaty and we all know who wishes chaos and weakness for Afghanistan if we remember Nawaz Sharif´s speech before politicians bragging that he brought down a mighty Afghan Army all by himself in the early 90ies.

Even if that place was filled with half of the world´s porn stars, prostitutes, liquor and the Christopher Street Day Community from San Francisco (it was not but lets assume it was).......they were non-combatants, not armed and weren´t committing things that would justify a military assault on them which would result in the death of them.

Immorality is the business of courts, Qadhis and lawyers, not of a militia claiming to restore morality with IMMORAL acts like murder!

That´s a stupid contradiction in itself.

People seem to not get the point.

              Let me reitterate:
Qargha lake is a place where ordinary Afghans go on the weekends, it's the equivalent of what Arghandab serves for the 1million plus Kandaharis. Attacking Arghandab, or Qargha, under the pretext of prostitution or immorality is a coward act. Nothing can justify this, especially when the hub of these acts remain untouched, yet a weekend place is attacked with little to no evidence available. Naive attackers were shouting "Where are the prostitutes". Hey, I'll answer that, right behind Badshahi Mosque in Lahore, that's where the hub is. Innocent Afghans suffered once again. Illiteracy and brainwashing sure can do wonders.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

So are you denying that after Friday prayers, Afghans go to Arghandab/Qargha lake? I'd agree that ordinary Afghans won't go to these 5 star hotels to party, but going to the lake for melllas, is something very common and usual in the war-torn nation. In fact, when you visit the area soon enough, you will realize it's full of ordinary Kabulites, or Kandaharis who usually go their on Thursday/Friday. Baba Sahab, Arghandab valley, Qargha lake, these are popular locations to get away from the drama. Look it up, and ask around.

This is what ordinary Afghans do in Arghandab, Qargha:

Even when Kandahar served as the capital of Afghanistan, Afghans were thirsty for the Friday to go have fun in Arghandab or Grishk ada. This attack, on the hotel, is better known as "unparalleled hypocrisy".

So to claim ordinary Afghans weren't in the nearby proximity is wrong. Afghan expatriates, who return and don't have a place, would prefer to be in a hotel. Guess what? They have to suffer because some insurgents are looking for the regional scarce immoral prostitutes!

Dont divert the subject. You are simply saying something that is not true. Qargha use to be open for everyone. Now, most people from Kabul will never go there.

                            Because:

1 - Most people cannot afford to visit those fancy places because they dont have any money or spare time to "enjoy" themselves.

2 - fancy hotels and restaurants have guards posted at the door who only allow people with non-Afghan ID's to enter.

I am not saying it is justified to raid and massacre pimps and *****s. But let us not tell lies. That place wasn't what you are trying to portray it to be.

How did I divert the subject, when I offered a direct refutation? It's not like I mentioned that Tupac is better than Nas. In fact, you are now attempting to deviate.

This is your assumptions. You can assume this is true, but videos and ground realities speak against what your saying. Ordinary Afghans go to the lake to have a good time -- especially for mellas which occur on Fridays. On any given Friday, you will find Kabulites in Lake Qargha relaxing, the same applies for Baba Sahab.
2 - fancy hotels and restaurants have guards posted at the door who only allow people with non-Afghan ID's to enter.
I guess you aren't reading what I read, before you get too excited read carefully. I never said an ordinary Kabulite would be hanging out in a 5 star hotel(although that could be true sometimes, nothing can be ignored).

The place, like I said, is the Kandahar equivalent of Baba Sahab. It's silly to even argue this.

I dont know why you are trying so hard to disprove that that place is a sex resort.

This attan could be on the lower side of the hill, or on the western coast of the lake. It could be next to the old golf-resort or it could be on the southern side towards the old Paghman road.

But it is certainly not on the northern lake side.

I am from Kabul. I use to go to Qargha every other weekend when I was a child long before the place changed into what it is now.

And even back then, there were some really infamous restaurants there.
