So it's weird that suddenly you support Ikhwan who are actually Mu'taziliyah because they draw inspiration from Shaikh Muhammad 'Abdu and Shaikh Jamaluddin Al Afghani, both of whom are Mu'tazilah

You'll blindly support anything but good glad to see you both support Logic and Rational Approach to Islam instead of backwards Taliban

    Keep it up.
the brotherhood never condemns the taliban as a resistance but the action of kidnappers. there is no evidence that the kidnappers were taliban, you rely on the stupity of westerners too much. The wests approach to afghanistan is completely moronic, including its propaganda.

We have condemned- and still condemn- the foreign invasion and reject the presence of the NATO in the Afghan soil. We see that Afghanistan that was a huge grave in the past for invaders from the Alexander of Macedonia, the UK occupation until the Soviet occupation, will remain a grave for invaders .
this statement alone says that they support the resistance

Well, not only did he get that wrong, he also seemed to have willfully created an alternate history.

Muslim Brotherhood was founded by Hassan Bana- nothing at all to do with Mutazilah- an outcasted and fringe sect that many consider to be borderline heretical.

Muslim Brotherhood are not to be trusted. They believe that ends justify the means. Thats a very un-Islamic principle. Therefore, Muslim Brotherhood, or their off-shoot, the Nour Party will never bring about positive change.

funny coming from someone who supports suicide bombers.

I trust people who provide for their own and don't kill civilians, hence pro brotherhood.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

I guess Burhanuddin Rabbani, Ahmed Shah Massoud, Hekmatyar, Sayyaf and other Ikhwanis never killed any civilians, right? And the Ikhwanis in the Gaza strip never killed any innocent civilians right?

You should stop reading comics and pay more attention to what goes on around the world.

And mind you, the first Sunni Islamic movement that used "suicide-bombings" as a method was none other than Ikhwanul Muslimeen.

Dr. Pape has explained with research and data that the uptick in suicide bombings within Iraq and Afghanistan directly correlated with the US and NATO occupation, respectively. He concluded that if there is no occupation, there is no suicide bombings.

In regards to suicide bombing, it was Hezbollah who introduced it, and Hamas which is an off shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood, that utilized it repeatedly in Palestine.

Ikhwan Al Muslimeen are an ANTI TALIBAN Islamic movement; and The Ikhwan Al Muslimeen in Egypt in particular have CONDEMNED the Taliban and their activities as unislamic

Well, the taliban are not a standard for the Muslims but they are a part of Muslims. If someone in any part of the world is not endorsing taliban so it is not a big issue for me. I can't stick myself only to taliban. Where ever Muslims raise their voice I will support no matter whether he is Mr. A or B.
This is your problem that you consider yourself the only legitimate rightious Muslims and consider the rest of the Muslims as away from the straight path.
I don't believe in sects like you. I believe in Islam and support the Muslims who struggle for Islam and Muslims.

The second option is the strict secularists. Would you go for that ?

You are absolutely right. Sadly that is the case.

However, we have to look at the bigger picture. In the long run, if you are compromising on your principles and beliefs you will go no where. All you going to achieve is try hard to please your enemies. Sadly that is what Islamic movements in the Middle Eas have been doing. They openly supported democratic regimes, they advocated secularism as a solution and worst of all, they allowed others to dictate their policy.

We have not seen Muslim brotherhood for decades in power so we can't predict anything about them but apparently the west especially the zionist forces America and Israel and their allies are not happy of their coming.
They are supporting the secularist army and that is why knowing that Muslim Brotherhood is coming in power, the army has become more active and taken the powers from the democratic govt that is about to come in future.
                        We hope for the best.

Aaaah but schimitaredge/revolutionthroureason/mutazilah claims that Ikhwan ul Muslimeen was founded by Mutazilah, at the other hand he is strictly against the suicide attacks. It means that schimitar's forefathers were the generators of suicide bombers lol. Is this not a clear contradiction in schimitar's statements ?

They have some aspects of Mu'tazilis. But there are all sorts of people there.

at the other hand he is strictly against the suicide attacks.
The guy is insane. There are great jurists who have permitted martyrdom attacks as long as no innocent people are harmed.

I doubt if this Mu'tazili dude knows anything about Islam. His opnion and his ideas aren't worth anything.

He is delusional. Don't pay attention to him.

The West and Israel will not accept any hostile regime bordering Isreal. I think the Muslim brotherhood should focus on social welfare and improving the lives of ordinary Egyptians. Once they reach a good level of development then they can also help other Islamic countries.

The Islamic priorities are not to improve lives. Islam is not some socialist ideology.

Liberating Al Quds has a higher priority than fighting poverty.
