so i was thinking last night. why are all the journalists who happen to interview taliban are all females? should their bravery be encouraged because that is a job that no one else wants to do or are they taking that step and placing themselves in danger because they think that they are women and that they will get away with it?
taliban are afghans and an afghan female journalist will not dare to approach them for obvious reasons so when a female journalist from foreign approaches them, there must be some level of preparation for the worst to happen.
you purposely put yourself in a situation where it's very much likely that something nasty would happen to you and when it does happen, you go and write a book about it.
for the sake of a career boost, you go and do your thing. don't whine.

There must be something behind it i guess,thanks to the taliban cameraman for making it public to the world,what there happens,so she can not claim to be sexually assualted during interview.

every talib is not a rapist but neither are they immune to committing crimes or raping women just because they are talibs. everyone is to be judged as individuals and for their own actions.

Agreed upon,human are not angels.

It has happend numerous times that such journalists were kidnapped by criminals or lured by criminals into a trap,kidnapped for ransom and no doubt there can happen to them that they are being sexually assualted.
