No; you deny the evidence; the evidence most certainly exist

If Taliban are stupid enough to suicide bomb, then what would prevent them from being hypocrites in other aspects too?

No I dont know any of them that is why I said I dont, Since I dont enlighten us, how did you arrive at this fact you claim. Dont back track. answer the question. You keep claiming things without evidence. here is your chance to redeem yourself and answer a simple question.

That aired on cnn right after the 911 attacks. The video is designed to make the enemy seem as evil as possible. The girls never said anything about rape, you and amanpur are assuming. So we are supposed to take your assumption as evidence. When did this become a rule?

You can do better than this.

Reminds me of the zeroth law.
                  Taliban raped girls.
                  Bengalis in Sharjah raped girls.
Therefore, Taliban and Sharjah Bengalis are equal too.

That is just the narrative you invent to scapegoat and evade evidence; which by the way .....you have no evidence for.

Sadly you CAN'T do better than fabricating a scapegoating narrative

Well then your response is almost void of any tenable merit...and thus your counter question also has no merit.

ok back to the book... i saw it at the airport a few months ago, skimmed a few pages, particularly curious that there was considerable content about the persecutions of pashtuns, but realised my dutch is insufficient to thoroughly understand it, and didn't purchase it. of course those of you who are from the netherlands will not have this problem.

i wrote to her a few weeks ago asking if this book would be printed in english, no reply yet. i am interested in her plight and perspective.

Her story is filled with contradictions and bias. It is like its written by someone who mashed up articles from Daily Telegraph.

i'm assuming you've read it, and if your review is anything to go by, then i'm not missing out on much!!

if it ever does get printed into english, i'll take a look.

i was mostly curious to read a western woman's perspective on travelling/integrating into the area (obviously apart from 'the rape bit'). so if any of you ladies can chip in, i'd be more inclined to hear your views than reading somebody's career move.

                            thanks for the input sk
