  • A very big drama is going to happen in Pakistan.

Allegedly, the son of the Chief Justice of Pakistan have taken up to 40 crore rupees from some hidden hands. He started business, he travelled abroad so many times, he used credit cards and so many other luxuries and all this have been recorded for the last two years.
Now the question is who did this all, ISI, GOVT or who else ?
Now what is the Chief Justice is going to do whether he will bring his son in the court or he will try to cover up the things.
A clash of institutions is about to happen.

if this is true, then he will be imprisoned along with Gilani, Zardari, and Nawaz Sharif.

On th flip side, this is most likely BS made up by some PPP type as they are about to be ousted out from power by the courts.

The SC is the most powerful institute right now. Pak Army cant mess with them, and they even have asked to produce missing persons in Balochistan.

Only in the AF-PAK region. Remember, the same nation that convicted Dr.Afridi without him even being there to present his case. Expecting justice from a Banana republic is just a silly notion that will result in an infinite loop.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

The constitution of Pakistan does not allow the chief justice to handle his own son's case but the final decision will be taken tomorrow about the bench. chief justice expelled his son from his house till the decision comes. we should no have doubt on the integrity and sincerity of chief justice. he established a history..

That is a different case but i wonder why anp and other people have kept quit over that. the reason is isi is behand that. Anp should create some pukhtunwali and guts now to speak for him rather than arranging dance parties and damtob.

Why do you think ISI is behind it?

He is actually going to preside over the case against his son. If the corruption issues are true then he most likely will make a great example of this son. The Judge is too wise to fall for tricks played by some elements who are concerned with his judicial activism which is not objectionable at all.

Nothing they do will work. He is too powerful now and will put these Western puppets whether they be in the government or the army in their place.

Iftakhar Chaudry has many enemies because he is taking on the corrupt civilian government as well as the dirty Pak army-intelligence and inquiring about the dirty games they are playing.

It was him who made the bold move of inquiring about missing persons in Balochistan.

ISI and army are the two sides of the same coin. This case was run in a tribal court, who could brought this case into a tribal court and a 33 years imprisonment punishment for the guy as there was immense pressure from America. The prime minister has said the this case should be run in hight court. Now lets see what happens.
