Airflotilla2 :Un officier israélien frappe au visage un militant pro-palestinien, Tsahal - YouTube

VIDEO / Senior IDF officer beats pro-Palestinian activist with rifle
International Solidarity Movement posts YouTube video of IDF soldiers beating leftist activists who took part in a bike ride in the Jordan Valley; IDF Spokesperson: This is a grave incident.
On the 14th of april a group of palestinians and international activists joined in a bike ride in the Jordan Valley. The IOF (Israeli occupation forces) systematically keep palestinians from using the road "Route 90" which is why the peaceful protest was held. After 20 minutes, when the group reached the intersection to Route 90 they were stopped by the Israeli military. They sang and chanted for half an hour, after which they tried to peacefully go farther to the road. This is when the IDF brutaly attacked several protestors and hit them in the face with rifles. Three of the demonstrators were taken to hospital after the event.

the Israeli military and government and heinous, very despicable indeed.

but let's call a spade a spade; what they did there is much less heinous than what the Taliban, Iraqi Militants, Zarqawi, and Libyan Extremists and Algerian Fanatics did to their citizens.

did the taliban made an big concentration camp like that of the nazi germany for a million of gazan people.

did iraqi militants brutally slaughtered in ground operations over 60 years hundreds of thousands of civilians

Brothers, thank you for exposing the blatant and endless hypocrisy. I gave up a long time ago because it was too obvious for me. But maybe there are some people here who are ignorants of the situation and can you refute what these dogs say.

Its sad what these people are doing with palestinians. Of course its also sad what the taliban are doing to us. If there war is with these people why not attack them. Why us?

Taliban didn't do this things becuase your apes don't have money and resources for this kind of stuff. If they had money they would have done much worser things than Nazi Gemany and Israel together.

What is your comments to this as American?

Why do I never see you criticize America? You claim not to support NATO but I never see you condemn it as often or as harsh as you condemn those who fight against it. Why is that? I am not saying you are pro NATO but you must understand that other non-Western like me wonder.

If I remember correctly sister Gulai here said that there is strong racism towards Muslim in America. Despite this I see nobody condemning this. The most thing I see is criticize Muslim people, Muslim countries, Muslim culture etc.

Why are you and others not more proud of Pashtun culture being able to keep their ancient culture despite criminal invadors who wanted to destroy it? Proud of people fighting for their religion, culture and survical despite many harsships and attempt to destroy all this?

Why do we Muslims always need to resemble the west? Why is there always discussion about how good secularism is and how bad Muslims are?

When you open your mouth and criticize the west you are either a terrorist or some person that has no knowledge etc. Why is that?

Is it because the western media who brainwash people with such nonsense? Could this be reason for some of the western born Pashtuns here who have similar opinions and promote aspects that is foreign to their culture and religion?
You seem to be having a severe logic impairment here. No one is saying the West or any other non-Musllim country is good; in fact far from it.

What's being said is that you highlight what Israel did here while you neglect the crimes the Taliban and groups like them have done to such a higher degree. to other Muslims And not only the Taliban but Militants in Iraq and Libya.

Do you remember the Anbar uprising? It was precisely because of the crimes being done by the militants in Iraq against civilians that people who were originally fighting NATO, ended up turning against the militants instead.

Mullah Omar; the man you praise and even call "Amir" has been responsible for the deaths of more Afghan Muslims than Israel has been with Palestinians in the exact same amount of time. This doesn't mean Israel is a justice society at all, and their injustice should not be tolerated.

Point being that whole moral landscape you create ncriminates Muslims more so than it incriminates others.

In America racism exists and many cruel heinous things are done; recently an Iraqi Shi'a woman was killed in her home by an intrude in California. But this same woman you'd label a "rafidah" and in Iraq her entirely family could be killed by the same people you praise and glorify as "resistance" , for the only crime of being a Shi'a.

So while disgusting cowardly things happen in America; the comparison is NO contest. You're less likely to be murdered, tortured and lose loved ones, in America than in Iraq , by Iraqi Militants, who you call heroes? Same with Afghanistan. Taliban have done beheadings, extra judicial killings and torture of many Afghan Muslim civilians. Not to mention suicde bombs have killed more Muslims in Afghanistan than invaders.

And since you're on the topic of Pashtun culture, not sure why you brought that upp. But the same Taliban and Mullah Omar who you call an Amir; banned and trampled down Pashtun culture, the music, our attan dance , our celebration of Nawey Kal and much else. So while the Americans are certainly a threat the Taliban have no concern in saving our culture.

In Summary, the West are not good, not at all, but what people who call themselves Muslims and are claled "heroes" by some people do to other Muslims ...even worse. The reason it appears that we don't verbally condemn NATO or America/Israel isn't because we haven't done that. But how many times can you say the obvious? Kufar are expected to do such things.

But Muslims we are obligated to a higher standard and higher set of rules; When we let Muslims do just as much hypocrisy; Hypocrisy is precisely why this is being mentioned, how can we legitimately condemn Israel when the people who are supposed to be our "heroes" are doing worse things. The problem is that is not obvious, so we need to point that out more for us.

Taliban, suicide bomb civilians, massacre Hazaras, raped Hazara women, attacked people for simply wanting to choose their own destiny, rather than have it imposed on them.

Frequently tortured, maimed and abused Muslim civilians; more so than Israel has done to Palestinians. Whether is done by Mortars and Chemicals or by AK-47's and Suicide Bombs, peoples lives are destroyed. The Taliban just destroyed more Muslim lives than Israel.

The Punishment of Allah(swt) is upon those who support injustice; and between you and I, you openly support injustice. So becareful.

Israel does do many crimes; but how many civilians have died by the Taliban hands, have you counted? More than What NATO has killed in Afghanistan. How can people claim they're fighting an invader when they're killing more of their own people than NATO has done?

The more equivalence is so distinct It cannot even be fathomed.

al-arab, how is the israel/palestine issue, the
'main cause of the problems in the arab world'?
it appears that the problems between shia and sunni is the main unsolved issue for you guys, going way back. if that weakness was not there it would not be so easy for your countries to have been manipulated by westerners.
also tribal conflicts, like in afghanistan.

Zionism is A problem but not the main one, the MAIN problem is the short sightedness of Arabs in the Middle East, they dont care about advancing themselves, they don't care about bettering their people., they NEVER EVER take responsibility for themselves or their own actions. This doesn't mean OTHERS aren't to blame, but their blame is only as deep as the Arab lack of responsibility They just care about superficial dogmas and false pride.

Zionism is only a problem in the Middle East because the people of the Middle East don't have their act together and thus cannot solve the Zionist issue, amongst other issues.

well, i used to ask, why the rest of the muslim countries are not helping palestinians, iraq or the afghans? i didn't see much protesting coming from there for these issues.
then i read about the shia/sunni split. that helped explain some of it.
but now it looks as though saudis are together with israel and the u.s. in wanting to attack iran.

well ....I think the Shi'a/Sunni split is often misrepresented but sure it does probably play some type of underlying factor but I believe it is more to do with the internal politics of countries and the classic "Arab vs. Persian" dichotomy with Iran. However more prominent reasons deal with the fact most Muslim countries are either lackeys, have too many problems of their own or are so self absorbed that they don't care, they just pay lip service, because Jews are an easy scapegoat from taking initiative and making change.
