Rulers are slaves of US, says AQ Khan

ISLAMABAD- Renowned nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan on Wednesday said the Army Chief was answerable for the US drone attacks because he has taken an oath for safeguarding the borders of the country. ‘If India attacks Pakistan then will the Army chief retaliate or wait for the permission of the rulers’, AQ Khan questioned. Talking to media persons here, he said rulers are virtually the slaves of the US, adding, that PPP govt while voting against Syria in UNSC even did not consult China.
