These aids are given on the agreements between the nations. Its not about the women's taxes lol.
These aids are actually exchanged. Your leaders give us money and our sold leaders give you blood against fighting the terrorists. Our leaders are supporting you in maintaining your system of secularism and take care of your countries' interests.

The problems you are refering to is because of our sold leaders. They don't let our country to be on the track of progress. Our country has got a huge potential in agriculture, man power, natural resources as minerals, gas, electricity, coal, gold, copper, oil and many many others. but are not utilised in a proper way just because of these sold leaders.

Its not about who is what. Its all about the one's mentality. You give freedom to women the whole family system gets collapsed. You give freedom to men regarding your point, yes men tends to such things if you give him such environment.
