In Pashto we do jirga with all parties. How can this be a jirga where the main factor is not invited?

Since when did you become a true adherent to Pashtunwali and Jirga? Do you mullahs and Taliban even respect Jirga? Simplicity is almost ruled as "haram" in Islam. You have to look at the Jirga in the wider circumstances than how a nutjob Talib would look at it.

1- You have to look at it from the regional and geo-political position.

2- The schism within the Afghan govt and the stakes the various groups have and their willing to accept Talibs and even Gulbadin back

3- This is a "consultative" Jirga - so get that right, sherlock

4- Even if it was the normal peace-making Jirga, what you propound wont be possible since your buddies would have to get their permission from the ISI headquarters

5- On the main agenda was how to extract or clinch the above mentioned from the grips of terrorists and ISI

Plar ta ma raseezjha zoya. I was simply pointing to your faulty logic and telling you that there are different kinds of Jirgas for differnt purposes. This was a consultative Jirga, most of the outcome was of course predetermined and the purpose was to seek authorisation from the Jirga which Karzai got. This is to legitimise his plan for his peace process, what efver that is - you are welcome to discuss it. It is not a matter of me derfending or denouncing it, stop being like the way you are you nutter.

Your arrogance and presuption speaks volume of the "Mullah Snagar" mentality. What is 'ins' and 'outs' in the simple fact as I explained it was a consultative Jirga.

I know who you are and BS isn't going to work here. Taliban and Hekmatyar are also pushed to their position and one has to take a holistic view of the circumstances. You sound like a typical Shura e Nezari goon by the way. I know from your language and choice of words. Americans defending my backside. Taliban and Hekmatyar are the sons of this land and are Pashtuns and true Afghans just like any body else. I am cirsumpective in my criticism of Taliban and Gulbadin, but that doesn't mean I love Americans - and I see them as part of the problem too.
