If you kill saudi by accedent you will face death penalty but if saudi kill someone from poor country such as bangladesh or anyother south asian country the judge will decide in favor of saudi.

That is actually in many placces similar and very very sad!

I am actualy not christian but of traditional armenian faith. But I know the story about the prophet Muhammed and the Christian - it is talled in a russian Daghestani film called "Imam Shamil - The last fight of the Imam".
This conflict has never been a conflict of faith - it was always a conflict of local pople and invaders.
Lezgi and Tolish and Avar are muslims, but we never were enemies - as we are neighbours from the ancient times.

However to confirm one thing, Iran was involved in the conflict a bit, here an article:
Iran reportedly provided Azerbaijan with weaponry during the Karabakh war, an Iranian Imam has said.

According to the Iranian news agency Arannews, Seid Ameli, said in a statement that the Karabakh war created a dilemma for Iran: either to interfere and protect Azerbaijan, which would mean a second front line with Russia, or turn a “blind eye on the killings of brother Azeris”.

“But Iran chose the third variant: not to take part in the war openly, but at the same time not to be an observer either,” Seid Ameli said in the statement released on the occasion of the death of Alikram Aliyev, the former leader of Islamic Party of Azerbaijan.

Ameli further said that though Iranian political figures have never spoken about it, Iran sent weapons to Azerbaijani soldiers during the battle in Shushi.

Ameli also said that Iran assisted Azerbaijan in bringing “thousands of gunmen” to the front line from Afghanistan.

According to him, thousand of Azeris living in Azerbaijan today can prove his words true.

But now we have good relations with Iran. Our fedayi and army won the war because they faught for the land they live in, so it is also necessary to forgive some mistakes.

        Arevapasht,

        1. I have nothing against Armenia, indeed we have an Armenian church in Bangladesh.

        2. I have met Armenians and found them to be pleasant people excluding some Armenians I met in Aleppo, Syria.

Armenian Church, Dhaka. Armenians are the first nation on earth to collectively abanon paganism and embrace Christianity, they are the first Christian nation in the world.

        3. We are not like Pakistan, which according to one of your posts that I read doesn't even recognize Armenia when even Turkey and Azerbaijan do. As a Bangladeshi we hope for a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and hopefully Bangladesh having good relations with both Azerbaijan and Armenia in the future, the way we have good relations with both Greece and Turkey.

However to be frank, Azerbaijan would take priority.

        1. They are Muslim.
        2. Oil rich and the potential to become very wealthy.
        3. Closer to us geographically and face the Caspian sea, whereas Armenia is landlocked.
        4. Bigger population.

So diplomatically that's how life works. However I know that Armenia is more positive to Kosova independence than Azerbaijan is, which is completely opposed to it. Azerbaijan is also secular and pro-Israel and pro-Pakistan, two enemies of Muslims and Bangladesh. Armenia is pro-Arab.

If any regime in Baku went too secular then I would not welcome that. Bangladesh is a massive economic market of 160 million people so only a fool would want to alienate the 7th biggest consumer market on earth. We do more business and more dealings with non-Muslim states like Japan, South Korea and China than Muslim countries.

I pointed out the duplicitous nature of the Iranian regime, because they exploit people potraying themselves as champions of Muslim brotherhood when they are not. The Tehran regime, like the "Islamabad" regime is a cancer to humanity and needs to be removed.

As for Avars, as far as I know they are the biggest single ethnic group in Dagestan with its over 30 ethnic groups. One of my friends in Syria was a Dagestani Avar. I don't understand what you mean when you speak of Avars.

Anyway this is some additional about Armenians in Bangladesh.

The Armenian community of Dhaka played a significant role in Bengali trade and commerce in the 17th and 18th centuries.
In the early part of 18th Century, Armenians settled in Dhaka, then one of the commercial centres in Bengal. They initially built a chapel and cemetery at Tejgagon, five miles from Dhaka. The oldest tombstone is “Avetis” an Armenian merchant who died on 15 August 1714.
Apart from Dhaka there was a significant Armenian presence in Saidabad (a suburb of the capital Murshidabad), Hoogli, Kolkata, Chinsura, Patna and Kasimbazar. A neighborhood in Dhaka - Armanitola - bears their name; there the Church of the Holy Resurrection and the cemetery established by the community in 1781 stand as major landmarks.[1][2] The records of Church of the Holy Resurrection list over 200 deaths between 1833-1918, over 250 baptisms and over 50 marriages. Their assertive presence, however, began to decline from the beginning of British rule.[3] Michael Joseph Martin (Mikel Housep Martirossian) is reported to have been the last Armenian in Dhaka.[4]
Armenians played a major role in the commercial life of Dhaka, led by the Pogoses, Agacy, Michael, Stephen, Joakim, Sarkies, Arathon (also spelled as Aratun), Coja (also spelled Khojah) and Manook (also spelled as Manuk) families. Khwaja Hafizullah, a merchant prince, laid the foundations for the Dhaka Nawab Family by accumulating wealth by doing business with Greek and Armenian merchants. This trend was followed by his nephew and the first Nawab of the family Khwaja Alimullah. Parts of the gardens of Shahbag, Ruplal House (a major landmark in the old part of Dhaka) and the land where Bangabhaban stands belonged to Armenian zamindars (landlords).[5][6][7] There is still a Manuk House inside Bangabhaban, bearing the name of the original owner's family.
They also played a major role as patrons of education and urban development in Dhaka. The Pogose School, the first private school in the country, was founded by JG Nicholas Pogose, a merchant and a zamindar.[8] P Arathon was the headmaster of the Normal School. According to the Dhaka Prakash, a newspaper of his time, students in his school scored better in examinations than students of other normal schools in Bengal, including the one in Hoogli. Margar David, Mackertich Abraham George, Michael Sarkies, Abraham Lucas, M Highcazony, A S Mackertich, Tigran Nahapiet, Thaddeus Nahapiet, M.J. Catchhatoor, Joseph Lazarus, and M David were other prominent Armenians of Dhaka.

Last Armenian of Dhaka, Mikel Hosep Martirissian.

Sorry about my outburst before, I am just finding it very difficult to understand Bengali_tigers motives on here.

Hes confusing me even more by posting Pro Nato Pro West Kosovo nonsense and insulting the Serb people with disinformation.

He is not providing any facts but his own imagination.

Why doesnt bengali tiger recognize the rights of the Bahrainian protestors who were oppressed and silenced by Saudis with assistance from Non Muslim Britain?

Why does Bengali Tiger, whose nation was supported by the West to fight for its independence, is reluctant for Pashtuns to do the same, even though the Albanian criminal gangs in Kosovo were also aided, armed and protected by Non Muslim NATO!

Then he goes onto say, that Imran Khan, who is a staunch Pro Pakistani, Pro Pakistan Army and Pro ISI figure in Pakistan, will save Pashtuns and Pakistan from America.

Hes just confusing me more and more and more with his complete contradictory comments and views.

He states, he opposes Nato's help to the Afghan government against Pakistani Army but hes in support of Albanian Organ stealing criminal gangs who are supported by the same NATO in Afghanistan.

Toramana is right, its become a habit of these so called neighbouring states in Asia who are so one sided and hypocritcal, Bengali Tiger supports the progression and forwardness of his own country which is Bengladesh, but proposes the Pashtun people to continue to suffer under Pakistan ISI/Taliban rule, to fight a endless war for Arab global Jihad against Nato on Pashtun soil to preserve his deluded imginary fantasy of a Muslim Ummah.

Its common sense guys, one has to challenge his motives on here, I believe in free speech and peoples rights to say what they want, I am not a admin on here nor have any power.

but why is he flooding this fourm with non sense that has no relation to Pashtuns or our hewad at all.

Last a remmebered, the Kosovo/Albanian government supports the war in Afghanistan.

How come Bengali Tiger never mentions this.............

          http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/6738055.stm

          or this

          http://english.aljazeera.net/news/eu...111270738.html

then he in a very deluded manner, brings stormfront into his smear campaigin against Serb people.

Has he never met a single Albanian in his life, Albania and Albanian Kosovo is well known to be a hot spot for Pork eating, alcoholic drinking and disco partying place in the balkans.

Has Bengali-Tiger ever been to Albania? does he know how Unislamic it is there?

Well, what can one say, However if you want my point of view..............

Bengali_tiger, is no different than those Bengali British born Janiet types that roam around tower hamlets in London attacking people in the name of ANjem choundary!

          Think about it guys!

Again, the pictures, the buttering, the usual tactics, Bengali Tiger why does everything evolve around Bengladesh, you always seem to paste some link about ones links with Bengladesh.

I have never met a single Pashtun in my whole life who has said they consider Bengalis of any worth of friendship.

As a matter of fact, a few of the soldiers in the Pakistan army who fought in Bengladesh were Pashtuns from Pakhtunkhwa.

Goes to show our brotherly love!

Again, he posts a pic of a church in Bengladesh, boasting of its secularism but on the other hand, he supports Sharia Taliban style in the Pashtun region.

Doesnt it get any more obvious man!

I have no hate against no faith, even though my people suffered much from religious conflicts and genocides based on religion.
To explain You our traditional faith is a bit difficult, You won't find also sources in the internet that are truthfull , because historians who write do not know much about they write.
Our faith is as related to vadic faith and early zoroastrism, as islam is related to christianism.
It means we share some things in common, but are almost different.
We are often seen as pagan, but we are not.
We call God Ara, Aray(meaning noble) or Ararich(creator) in our language.
We have also the history of how people were created but it is a bit different.
In our faith is said that God wished to create different nations and every nation finds his path to God through its faith as in the peoples memory of each tribe there is the conection to God, and this path should never be lost.
Christians say often negatively over us to be polytheist, but it is not right.
We have in our faith spirits Ara created as an example for people how to be troothfull.
those are the spirit of Higher trouth a man should always long for and evolve, the spirit of noble victory a man should long for never leaving the trouth even if the enemy isn't trouthfull, the spirit of knowledge a man should acquist, a spirit of hospitality that is among the most important and respected ways, a person who is not hospital who doesn't give shelter is godless, a spirit of maternity and female purity a woman should never leave, a spirit of habitation mankind should respect and keep and protect it and with it the motherland, and a spirit of love and respect to our earth and nature that should be kept pure as if Ara is God he created us un the earth, that is our cradle.
Our faith is not possible to convert to for a non Armenian as it is our path to God , not an others person path, that is because our faith calls for patriotism of our land and its tellings are linked to our land.
Our faith long time was only oral , as even if we have a script in our understanding the script is the way of forgetting and the memory is the way of keeping.
However some decades ago many things have been written down.
that is shortly about us, if You want to know more dear friend You can ask whatever You want.

                1. Your article proves nothing but is the claims of a single cleric trying to win popularity amongst Azeris. Gadoonwal's subsequent ramblings just prove what I say rather than disprove that regimes manipulate Islam e.g. the Iranian regime.

Even if Iran did help Azeris during the war, they backstabbed the Armenians who to this day are their allies.

                2. Everybody knows Iran supported Armenia during the war. However it was not for religious or racial reasons (the secular Aryan Iranians online call for a pan-Aryan, Iranian-Armenian alliance, which has nothing to do with the thinking of the Tehran regime) but yes, as you said politics, e.g. fear of pan-Azeri nationalism.

However ths does not disprove the fact that I stated that contrary to Iran being a "champion of Muslims" it is not. It supported Armenia over Azerbaijan for political reasons. Religion was not a factor.

However if the Tehran regime went by religion, Islam they would not have supported Christian Armenia against Muslim Azerbaijan.

I am not blaming Armenians, they did what served their interests. Nor do Armenians hate Muslims, they are very pro-Arab and anti-Israeli. Azerbaijan is pro-Israel.

As Armenian, I fully support Iran as they have been our good friends and helped us while US along with Israel have been actively supporting our enemies, Turkey and Azerbaijan

The remarks came from Turkish expert on Iran issues Arif Kaskin while commenting on statement by Chief of the Staff of the Iranian army Hassan Firouzabadi criticizing Azerbaijan.
'Even though Iran tries to show itself as an advocate of a religion, it has never been sincere in its actions. If they are so close to religion and Islam, why then the regime supports Armenia in Armenia-Azerbaijan war? Why did Iran turn a blind eye when Armenians massacred Muslim Azerbaijanis? Why did Iran keep silent about Khojaly massacre and support Armenia? If Iranian regime was sincere about religion, it would not have helped Armenia to seize Shusha and Lachin. If they believe in Islam and religion so much, why they indicate Azerbaijan as their historical lands? I don’t think Iranian officials have an answer to this question,' the expert said....

In turn, Chairman of the Islamic Democratic Party Tahir Abbasli says Iran is a disgrace for Islam as they use religious values for political purposes.

IRAN & ARMENIA BROTHERHOOD FOREVER - YouTube

Iran has billions of petro-dollars and funds groups in Lebanon, Hizbullah a group so strong it went head to head with the Israeli army, Bahrain, Yemen, where it backed terrorists that attacked Saudi. Afghanistan where it funded Hezb e Wehdat, Pakistan where it funds Shia militants who face threats from Punjabi "Sunni" extremists, Turkey etc. It has cultural centres in the west and is accused of organizing a bombing in Buenos Aires.

Iran has a global presence and a media machine including the powerful Press TV which has British and American politicians (e.g. Georg Galloway) and journalists.

Initially, I thought Bengali_Tiger to be an upright man but now I am changing my opinion about him. He is a typical South Asian Muslim with contradictory views and stances e.g., the guy takes immense pride in the Bengali identity of Rabindernath Tagore and Amrita Sen despite they being Hindu but opposes such kind of diversity within Pashtun society.

And one should also notice how he cherishes and publicises the existance of religious minorities and secular nature of Bangladeshi society but attacks those Pashtuns that might desire such multiplicity of views and beliefs in Pashtuns. Look, how he takes pride in the existance of an Armenian Church in Bangladesh.

All Bangladeshi that I know are very pragmatic people when it comes to Islamic brotherhood and material interests and would prefer their govt to pursue Bangladesh national interests rather than Muslim brotherhood ideals but here on this Pashtun forum, he is promoting the Muslim brotherhood utopia. They damn care about any Muslim Ummah feeling if it is in Bangladesh national interests to keep relations with an infidel country.

Only the other day, a Bangladeshi was telling me boy and girl friendships is becoming common in Bangladesh and that an increasing number of couples are living togethor in Dhaka now without any marriage relations.

                      Dear Bengali Tiger.
Thank You for the information about Armenians in Bangladesh, I think one user, perhaps You already posted theme one year ago.

                      To inform You.
Azerbaijian is a Soviet created republic. Its name was taken from the to provinces with the same name beacuse Stalin wanted them to become Soviet.
For this reason the soviet Azerbaijian leaders made those politics to create a "national mind" in the people:
The Armenians were no Muslims and were the biggest problem, they tried with any methods to kick them out- sometimes softly helping them to settle to Central Aisia.
Armenians regions of Nahijevan , Artsakh and Gardmanq bacame Azerbaijian as a contract between Lenin and Ataturk(Lenin hoped Ataturk will become also Soviet) - the contract says that the Armenian regions are under protection of Azerbaijian, not that they are considered their lands.
However the Sovietic Baku depopulated Nahijevan and Gardmanq(some of Gardmanq people live actually here close to me) - they did it with very massonic methods as the people of those aeeas were simple people(there wasn't a big town) and had to look how to survive, so Baku made them the life difficult and later helped them to settle in some more nice places(thats why in Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan there are many Armenians).

With the Avars and Lezgins it was easier - they have forbidden them simply to learn their language.
If a Lezgi when he registered said he is Lezgi, he had to pay a high studytax for his children as foreigner on the land of Azerbaijan, but when he told to be Azerbaijani he was befreed from this tax.
However Lezgi, Tsahur and Avar are Sunni muslim, Azeri are not - and this was a problem they didn't know to reslove bt they didn't even pay attention at, as Bakus Azerbaijani are mostly nonbelievers, for them faith is only question of birth.
But Lezgins do believe, and Avars do.
To inform You- Avars are native to Belokan and Zaqatala regions(Azerbaijian) exept surely of RUssian Avaristan, theyy were native to parts of Georgia too.
Lezgins are a big tribal group composed of Lezgins, Tsahurs, Rutuls, Aguls, Tabasaranis(all Sunni muslim) and Udi (Apostolic christians).
All the northern Azerbaijian (Quba, Qusar....) are Lezgin lands, even Baku is as Lezgin.
Lezgins are the strogest fighters agains Azerbaijian as they have the strongest spirit.
They had a fighting organization called Sadval(Unity), that recently appeared again and is now very active. Lezgistan has been divided by an artificial border, the Samur river dividing it in 2 districts one of which became later Azerbaijian(the borderline however did the Russian Zar). The Samur river for Lezgi people is like the Durand line for Pashtun people, its a line of division.

Thetwo last groups were the most simple to destroy Tolishi and Tati(Persians) were both Shia muslims and could be Azerified in the easiest way. But Talysh people had during soviet times shortly their own republic, so they didn't forget it. During our war with the Azeris they tried to become independent too, but it didn't succeed. Many of them are still trying to become at leas autonomy or to unite with Southern Tolish(Iran), they were cut of. Actually the present Irans president Saburjian(Ahmadinejad) is told to be Tolish.

During our war Azeris sent many Lezgi and Avar to the fron line against Armenians, and killed them from the back resolving like that 2 problems in one time - Armenians and Lezgins and Avars.
If you like Muslim brotherhood at least help Your Lezgin and Avar muslim brothers not to be humilated as they are now, they still do not know where to find help - evrybody refuses to help them because Azerbaijian is oil rich(and even You prefer for that their side). To tell you more Lezgins gave birth to the so called "caucasian Lion of Islam" Mohammed Al-Yaraghi and the main resistance against Russian conquist was leading Imam Shamil who was an Avar. If like muslim people study at least the hostory of Islam in the caucasus region - go to some Lezgi or Avar forum, they will inform You much better than me.

Arevapasht, thanks for taking the time to write your post above. I will read it later and then reply, as I must go.

                        1. I am not anti-Armenian and know they are an important nation historically, some Byzantine emperors were Armenian, many Turks are Islamized Armenians, Armenians dominated the Ottoman Empire economically along with the Greeks. Armenians produced many talented people including great chess players (I am a chess fan) e.g. Petrossian, (Kasparov?).

                        2. Nor am I anti-Christian. I am just proud to be Muslim and care for Muslim brothers as you are proud to be Armenian and care about your Armenian brothers in Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Israel/Palestine, Russia etc, but are not anti-Muslim.

Dear Bengal tiger - I won't search for other articles - ask the Iranian religious leder, If you like contact Hekmatyar or Dostum , hopefully they will answer Your questions.
Iran is now really our friend, but not from the beginig.
But You are right, we and Iranians are closely related as nationalities.
But leaving that all - why don't You support at least the muslims oppressed in Azerbaijian - go to a Lezgi forum and talk to them,.
You call Azerbaijian only muslim because they call themselves like that - its enough to see their governments actions to understand how deep their belief is.
Even when the Afghan fighter with Iranian help came to Azerbaijian they put them far away from the azeri soilders because they feared that if they see how in the night the azeri soilders consumed alcohol they would have left the battlefield.
The Azeri state wanted to destroy some mosques recently(please search for information in the net) - and You wan't to support such a state? Please go to a Lezgi forum and read about the history of Sadval - if You like I give you some links.

Dear Bengali Tiger, please reread Gadoonwals posting. He is so right.Politics use the name of faith but they mostly misuse it.
For You one interesting fact. Shamil Basayev a Chechen commander was fighting against Armenians in Karabakh. But Armenians(also one of my fried) did fight toghether with Shamil Basayev against Georgian army in Abkhazia. Abkhazia is mostly Muslim and Georgia is mostly Christian - however Armenia supposrted a Muslim nation not a Christian one. And it has deep reasons. However I am not Christian my friend. With that lets close this Armenian-Azerbaijian conflict - I excuse myself for responding on thet theme.
One last thing, we are guests here dear Bengali tiger , and for guests it isn't typical discuss loudley their home problems, for this I won't respond anymore on that theme - if You like we can continue on PM the discussion. But not here.

I will reply to this thread properly tomorrow.

Don't worry I don't think Admin Khan minds if people speak about different topics as long as they are polite and don't violate forum rules.

I am sure Admin Khan doesn`t mind - but I for myself mind. I do not find it just to do so.
It is nice to share about culture and language and faith - as it makes people richer in knowledge. But to involve those whose guest You are in your own problems(exept you are asking for real help) is not right, thats why I would like to distance that discussion, at least Pashtun people have their own so many problems and difficulties to risolve.
