may his soul rest in peace. he did so much for ningrahar. i have always heard good things about him.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

I remember when he became in charge of Kandahar, he had really high hopes. When he took over Nangarhar, he certainly executed. May Allah rest his soul in peace, and forgive him for all his wrong doings.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

This may not be accurate news. Were it to be confirmed, another munafiq (right up there with Musharraf and Zardari) bites the dust (after all what else do you call someone who aids in an invasion force of a Muslim land)? And trust me this is not takfirism talking. This b-as-tard created the mess that nearly destroyed Kandahar right before the Taliban kicked his fat trashy behind to the curb in Quetta.

This horrible individual was known around Afghanistan for his miserable crimes and excesses:

Take a look at what tribal leadership local, Nasratallah Arsala, says here about Sherzoy at 10 minutes 50 seconds into the video. He speaks clear Pashto and is a JALALABADI and is amongst the leaders of the people:

Here is registan's article describing how the West was doing a "clean up job" on this thug:

          http://www.registan.net/index.php/20...s-the-journal/

"It is, to put it mildly, erratic, and not actually “plowed under.” It’s probably worth noting that the fear he’s used to “discourage” poppy production has also resulted in extreme poverty and widespread reports of farmers selling their own children to pay off debts. This also ignores the curious artifact of declaring Nangarhar “poppy free” just because no one grows poppies there, while opium processing labs and smuggling activities are quite literally everywhere in the province.
As I noted when he was named “Person of the Year” last year, Nangarhar actually hadn’t had a noticeable drop in violence in 2007. A 17% reduction in violence in 2008? Great— at least judging by the constant string of assassinations and IEDs that puts it only a little bit worse off that it was in 2006—fully two years after Sherzai came into power there. The Long War Journal recently crunched the violence numbers, though, and they seem to say that Nangarhar was actually worse off in 2008 than in 2007. Which totally undermines that argument, if it’s true."

Empowering this piece of trash was about like publishing a 'how to' manual for creating a new Pakistan right next door to Pakistan.

Looks like there is 1 other source supporting his trip to a German medical center:
                  http://www.citiadr.idmanagedsolution...NEWS=204466593

Likely at the American Base there.

                  The issue here is

                  1) How fast did they fly him there? Door to door time to treat a heart attack matters.
                  2) Why would they not rapidly air lift him right across the border to Rahman Medical Center where he could have received a coronary catherization or had his sternum cracked if he needed surgery.

If the report is correct, he may have been suffering from other ailments and that is how he he found his way to Landstuhl or wherever.

If not, then it was a matter of supreme neglect and poor planning on behalf of his puppet masters.

Puppets, like humans need oxygenation of their myocardium.

If he was suffering from actual strokes that may have limited their treatment options because if they wanted to use a clot buster drug (still utilized in areas of the US where time of the essence and where there are no contraindiciations) a recent stroke may have predisposed him to brain bleed. In that case, his handlers would have had to make a decision between saving puppet heart or puppet brain and would likely have been forced to fly him to where they did.

So its one of 4 scenarios

                  1) False report
                  2) He was already in Germany for other treatment and had the event
                  3) He had an infarction and they could not get him treatment on time
                  4) They did not know what was going on and he was attempting to ride through the event.

Moral of story?: If you decide to keep a pet puppet, make sure you understand that it also has a heart that needs oxygenated blood.

                    Any confirmation yet?

I don't know what exactly his plans and strategies were, but I do remember my visit to Nangarhar last year where people were more than pleased with him as their governor.

did not the talibans ban on poppy growth result in the same thing?

sherzai was/is a stupid fat ******* but at least he gets **** done. unlike other parts of afghanistan, i was able to move quite freely in nangarhar in 2007.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.
