Taliban has only survived due to Pakistan, just like Bin Laden. We will see how the Chosen ones of Khorasan survive once they are confronted without anywhere to hide.

You are a foreigner.

According to many Afghan experts of the likes of Dr. Schuerer, Matt Hoh, Yousafzai, MK Bhadrakumar, the Taliban enjoy increasing public support, and have nearly all of Afghanistan and half of Pakistan. The common Afghan perception has it that the foreigners are responsible for all the deaths (not only the night raids and airtstrikes) because the Afghans fight for one immediate goal, and that for all the foreigners to withdraw. Also, the region has come behind and stood solidly with the Afghans openly.

It is the foreigners who have been killing Afghans in night raids and airtstrikes. As long as there is a foreign presence, Afghans will continue to oppose them. The foreign presence is the cause for all the instability.
