    Re: The Countdown for Pakistan

Today Lahore was under attack and still is till these lines are being written after 8 blasts. The citizens of Lahore also tasted what the innocent Pakhtuns have been experiencing for the 10 years.

This what I wrote on another forum:

Seventh bomb blast was heard in Lahore as these lines are being written.Innocent poeple of Lahore are facing the music of the policies of their wise sons.

Tehrik Taliban Pakistan has taken the responsiblity for the attacks.

They say do not dig holes for others,as you may also pass by the same one day.Do not destroy the houses of others as they might destroy yours one day.Do not throw stones at others' houses when you live in a house made of glass.

It means that there is a lot of truth in the article.

Nothing is a sacred cow.Eeryone has the right to raise their voice. It is a free forum not a bloody army academy.Dont take it personal bit just calling yourself pashtunpakistani is not enough to hide your "mutalia pakistan" affected mentality. You need arguments.I am sure you would have heard the 9 blasts in the one day in Lahore. Is this what a country is for? To give you to die innocently or to give you an opportunity to have a good life. What justification can one give to convince someone that such a failed state, where no one is safe ,should even exist.

Remember they call Swat, Dir people "refugees" when they were displaced.
and the people in goverment are putting money in their pockets, they don't care about us.
They won't even let us change our province name.

Why are you blaming Terrorists on pakistan for? Pakistan has gave refuge to so many refugees and so many opportunities. We have better education system and etc. I dont understand why you would bad mouth it.

my argument is its the home to the most pashtuns so respect it.

                  Re: The Countdown for Pakistan

There is the issue of "the bomb", i.e. Pakistan's nuclear warheads.

Will the US allow the collapse of Pakistan without securing what happens to Pakistan's nuclear capabilities in the first place?

Pakistan is held together not by the bond of brotherhood within, but by elastoplast and the US.

That is an interesting point you raised.
Being nuclear is the cause of balkanisation not the deterrent. It is precisely this plea on which US will take over like it made the excuse in Iraq for WMD.

                      Take it from me.

Nuclear teeth wil become the cause of Pakistan's Balkanisation not the deterrent for its survival. We have seen the same in Iraq.In Int'l Relations, they say do not get into friendship with soemeone more powerful than you.It was WMS in case of Iraq and its going to be Nukes in case of Pak.

It needs the IQ of a 10 years old boy to understand that for a country to get balkanised all its population need not be killed.
