I have not shed a single tear over the deaths....
those "UN" people do not belong in the country.
They should wake up and send all their personnel back to their own countries.

Thanks for showing the various versions so one can see maximum footage
and feel like one is there at that moment.

          Also to make comparisons.
Notice how Reuters left out the scene of the one UN person.

Perhaps they felt it would make viewers glimpse the extent of hatred
of many Afghans for the NATO occupation.
They couldn't allow THAT or Westerners might clamor more for an exit
when they visually see how much fury there is on the part of the occupied people.
          Couldn't let that happen !

the united nation's staff had nothing to do with the quran burning or the "war" in afghanistan. they work for a cause that most of them actually believe in.
our people's minds have been injected with these poisonous thoughts and ideas so they can start killing each other and be represented to the world as a helpless ignorant barbaric nation in desperate need of help from someone who can step in and be their savior...once again, same people, same rules and agenda with a different title and uniform. freedom my foot..as far as i am concerned at this rate we will never be free.
the likes of satya sher can try all they want to trash talk the rest to assure us that they are not on the same page as them but there are some of us who know better. we also understand that though we are not bothered by your tendency of gathering the plague of our society to support you, we do understand the process and nature of it spreading easily as well as the consequences that the prevention of which might cost you dearly. let's hope you do too.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

All the war licences are passed and issued by the united nations. Is it not equally responsible for those wars ?
              I think YES they are

                so??
i am talking about what is happening behind the scenes. united nations wasn't formed to issue war licenses. and no that is not all that it does.

if we had better people representing us there we would get better results. how is that even possible when have people like you justifying murder by claiming that all the un ever does is license wars??
don't answer. you and i are on a totally different page here.

Its has nothing to do with justification. Who am i to justify killings of innocent human beings. But i wonder on all those including you who have have widen their eyes for portraying one sided pictures only.
why you dont go into the reasons of the killings of these people. Why it happened... There was no chance of this happenings a few days ago ....
These people create issues and then cry like cunning people.
simple formula is "don't create unnecessary issues and in reward don't get killed"
but it is only for those who understand

do you even know what the un is?
how does killing random people who work for it going to stop the war?? or did they kill them because of that guy who burned the quraan?
un staff members in afghanistan have humanitarian organizations that provide health aid and education. they are not the people in charge of war licenses.
instead of working our way up to positions that can help us make decisions on our people's behalf, we are making ourselves even more small and insignificant. we do need help from honest people who want to help for genuine reasons. if killing 10 people mattered to individuals behind the war (the united nations as you suggest), there wouldn't be a war in afghanistan.

you kill ten innocent people for the actions of some moron in usa and then wonder why US forces are killing innocent afghan women and children for fun??

I know they are doing some welfare of the people. But they are also a part of the organistation which is used for issuing licenses for killing innocent.
Now, the people of Afghanistan and pakistan don't know about what is uno or what are their functions and all that... They listen and see to the news that a declaration was passed in the uno against Afghanistan and against Iraq and against libya to kill people and the awarding body was the UNO. so a picture of hatred sits in their mind, now whenever they get a chance they would target such people and places... its natural.
it is a natural thing people dont like association of someone to their enemy no matter in whatever form they are.
for example, America would never like those who are associated to the taliban even if they are not millitants, the same way these people will never like anybody's association to the american dogs no matter in whatever form they are.
so dont give just side of the picture

                              Salaam,

There are two separate distinct issues at play here. First, the protest itself and second the barbaric murder of innocent UNAMA staff.

It's in the DNA of Balkhian to protest and resist any form of tyranny, the protest is not the issue. From the time of their noble courageous son Abu Muslim Khorasani, whose protests shook the region and ended the tyranny of the Ummayad Caliphate, to the protests started by their other beloved son Shahid Zabihullah Bakhtari, whose protests against the Khalqis sowed the seeds of a gallant resistance by Balkhian against the Khalqis and then the Soviets.

Recently, Balkh has also been the sight of many protests (even larger than this) against all forms of insults to Muslims and Balkhian, from this Quran burning, to the Daneshgah/Pohantun issue, and suspension of journalists’ by ethno-centric people like Karim Khuram.

Not one single person was killed in any of those protests, let alone innocent bystanders.

This protest initially had the trademark of all the other peaceful protests, before it was hijacked by 27 non-Balkhian who are so far believed to be from distant and alien provinces. They had come to terrorise people for Nawruz, which they failed. This was their ‘salvage’ mission. They are being interrogated as we speak.
