well they must govern that area seeing as how they are free to hold public stonings.

i do think that stoning of convicted adulterers is justice because it is the sunnah of rasulullah (saw) and therefore shari'i inscribed hadd punishment for the offense.

i dont go around condemning people who may listen to music or have different views than strictly taliban they still are my muslim pukhtun brothers.
