  • Arab Racism against Black Africans

    By NAIWU OSAHON

Egypt is still so intimidated by its glorious Black African past that its Arab government would not allow thorough research into Egypt’s past. President Gamal Abdel Nasser falsified Egyptian history when he declared Egypt an Arab Republic. Egyptian authorities refused to allow American film makers to make a film on the life of Anwar Sadat in Egypt on the ground that the actor chosen for Sadat’s role was black. When Morocco left the OAU in 1984, it aspired to become a member of the European Union.

In Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Sudan, Somalia, Eritrea, Mauritania and the rest of the Arab world, Africans are treated as the **** of the earth. They are second-class citizens at the very best in their own countries. Blacks in these countries cannot aspire to positions of respect or authority. There are hardly Africans in high government positions in Arab governed African countries. Like Brazil, which is just as racially cruel against their black natives, there is no legislation favouring slavery (except in Mauritania). It is simply a way of life that’s all. Blacks do not really exist or at best are not humans.

Mauritania left the Economic Community of West African States to join the union formed by the Arab North African States. A few years ago, Mauritania sacked all black natives from their civil service positions. Black Mauritanians protest their plight to the African Union (AU) without receiving attention, because AU black leaders fear offending their Arab colleagues in the AU. In Mauritania, they have had to declare an end to slavery six times in this century alone, and still nothing has changed for the captive majority African natives. African slavery is still in their statute books. African slavery in Mauritania is what the on going quarrel between Mauritania and Senegal is about. The quarrel forced black African refugees to pour across the border from Mauritania into Senegal.

In Algeria, Arabs throw stones at black people, including diplomats, in markets and other public places. To quote Prof. Clarke, “Arabs always act as though they are not in Africa. Once when I was visiting Egypt, I told my Egyptian Arab host to get a cab ready for the next morning that I was going to Kenya. ‘So you are going to Africa to visit your people? We got no diseases here, why are you leaving us?” the host asked. Even across the Red Sea, in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, blacks are treated worse than animals, after using their life’s savings to go there on pilgrimage.

Hundreds of blacks who have lived all their lives in Saudi Arabia are being repatriated daily right now, after loosing an arm or leg for some minor or trumped up offense and without regard for their comfort, welfare or rights. Racism towards black Moslems in Saudi Arabia is so strong it makes one wonder if making pilgrimage to Mecca should be one of the five pillars of the Muslim faith, and why blacks bother to be Muslim.

Col. Gadhafi saw vicious white racism in the tragic death in August 1997, of Princess Diana of Wales, the mother of a future king of England, and her Arab lover. What no one remembered to ask Gadhafi was whether he himself was disposed to allowing any daughter of his to marry even the richest black man in the world let alone a black Libyan. If one were to ask Gadhafi why Africans are not high up in his government, he might balk that all Libyans are Africans. In that case, one should go and find out the truth for oneself in the poor sections of town. One would be shocked by the plight of our African kith and kin that constitute the bulk of the population in oil rich Libya and other Northern African countries similarly afflicted with Arab racism. While pretending to champion pan-African interest, he is busy getting rid of black immigrants from Libya.

On 9 May, 1997, in flagrant defiance of a UN embargo on flights in and out of Libya, Col. Gadhafi invaded Nigeria with his planes carrying 1,000 members of his rag-tag army, plus 500 journalists. They strategically occupied the Kano airport and his other reception facilities, with the connivance of the Nigerian Muslim dictator host. The purpose was to launch a jihad in supposedly religiously secular Nigeria, or at least precipitate a serious schism between the predominantly Moslem north of the country and the Christian and animist south. Right now the Moslem world is trying to use ‘Sharia’ to dismember Nigeria. Pakistan, Libya and Saudi Arabia, to name a few, have pumped substantial funds into Zamfara, the first of Nigeria’s Sharia states, to start the process of Islamizing, (or at least trigger mayhem and civil war), in Nigeria as in Sudan.

No nation in Africa has suffered more in the hands of the Arabs than Ethiopia. It has been going on since Arabs first invaded Africa in the 7th century CE. Recently, with Libya supporting the people of Eritrea, they destroyed the basic structure of Ethiopia, to cut her from the sea and weaken this section of Africa, and eventually all of Africa, for further Arabization. They did this mercilessly with religion.

In the last 38 years, Gadhafi at one time or the other, tried to force Libya’s unification with Egypt, Algeria etc, and has continued the effort since with Sudan. He forcibly annexed the Auzon Strip from Chad, and sponsored destabilization in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Mali, Cote d’ Ivoire, Niger, etc in pursuance of his Arabization of Africa policy, laced with inordinate imperial personal ambition. In 1998, his strategy got a fillip with the founding of his community of Sahel-Savannah States (CEN – SAD), which he was hoping to use to control the envisaged African Union (AU). The CEN – SAD, at the moment, ropes in 25 African states from West, East, and Central Africa, and includes Senegal, Cote d “Ivoire, Chad, Sudan, Somalia, Comoro Islands etc. Most of these unsuspecting African countries were stable until they joined CEN – SAD.

Col. Muammar Gadhafi pushed desperately for a United States of Africa government to be approved, set up, and launched right there and then, at the 9th ordinary Session of the Assembly of the heads of states of the African Union (AU), held in July 2007, in Accra, Ghana.

He has heightened his Arabization policy pursuit at the AU level since 2001, pretending to be promoting the Pan-African agenda of Kwame Nkrumah. Chinweizu, the renowned scholar, described Gadhafi’s Arab-Black Africa government plan at the time, “as unification of ****** monkey with python.” Arabs themselves divide Africa into North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa to instigate a division and as long as the invaders continue to occupy our land and treat us as slaves in North Africa, the two segments of the continent cannot cohabit.

In a paper presented at the meeting of the Arab league in Amman, Jordan, in 2001, Muammar Gadhafi spelt out the Arabization agenda against Africa in language reminiscent of Adolph Hitler’s Lebensraum, (Hitler’s sick obsession to secure a living space for political and economic expansion in Europe) for the Germans, (the superior race). Gadhafi in his address during the Amman’s Arab conference invited his Arab brothers outside of Africa to come to Africa in the following words. “The third of the Arab community living outside Africa should move in with the two-thirds (about 250 million) on the continent, and join the African Union, which is the only space we have.”

Gadhafi’s unbridled urge in modern times to enlarge Arabia inside Africa, is a continuation of the Arab war against Africans and the Arabization of African lands that started in the 7th century CE. Arabs have since settled on one-third of Africa, pushing continuously southwards towards the Atlantic Ocean. Arabs’ racial war against black Africa started with their occupation and colonization of Egypt between 637 and 642 CE, decimating the Coptic or black population.

Between 642 and 670 CE, more Arab invaders poured into Africa and occupied areas known today as Tunisa, Libya, Algeria and Morocco, where they physically eliminated most of the native (Berber) inhabitants. The Berbers that escaped death ran westwards and southwards towards the Sahara. In the 11th century CE, fresh Arab migrants of nomadic origin, migrated into North Africa to displace and drive the remaining pastoral Berbers deeper into the Sahara desert. With Arab consolidation and backing in Northern Africa, new waves of Arab invaders and migrants pushed deeper into the Nile banks, inhabited then by the Nilotic Shiluk, and continued all the way down to where Dueim stands today, belonging then to the Dinka and Furnawi autochthons. The entire territory was known at the time as Bilad as-Sudan (the Arabic for land of the Blacks), and currently includes the Republic of Sudan. Continuing with their Arabization of African land policy through elimination, displacement, separation, marginalization and suppression, the Arab invaders of Bilad as-Sudan, over the passage of time, decimated the population of (the Nilotic Shiluk, Dinka and Furnawi autochthons) , owners of the land, and pushed to restrict the rest waiting for elimination to Darfur area and the South of the country, which the Arab invaders are now intent on taking from the native Black Africans. This is the genesis of the war in Sudan. It is a racial war. The Arabs want the Republic of Sudan, which by land mass is the largest country in Africa, to be an entirely Arab state, by exterminating the Black native population gradually to the last person.

The war in Sudan is our modern day Haiti war in terms of black liberation, and our recent fight against apartheid. Arabs are carrying out ethnic cleansing right now in Southern Sudan, with the financial support of the Arab world, particularly Libya and Saudi Arabia. China is backing them against Africa. The Janjaweed, with Sudanese and Arab governments’ backing, are trying to wipe out the black population so as to expropriate their lands, but Africans, including Nigerians, do not know where their interests should reside. The Arabs succeeded in doing the same thing in Northern Africa where the original Nubian African owners of the land have almost all been wiped out and the rest marginalized (enslaved) by their Arab invaders/settlers since 642 CE.

Islamization is not the problem in Sudan because the majority Furnawi people of Darfur are Moslems. Arabs do not consider Black Moslems authentic or of consequence. At best, they concede to blacks, the role of ordained slaves or animals, to be used as beasts of burden by the “superior Arab race.” The rule applies to all blacks, whether Moslems or non-Moslems and whether of Nigerian (Hausa/Fulani or Yoruba extractions) , Tanzanians, Ugandans, Malians or African-Americans.

A traveller in Sudan observed in 1930 that “In the eyes of the Arab rulers of Sudan, the black slaves were simply animals given by Allah to make life of Arabs comfortable.” Osama Bin Laden, in a discussion with the Sudanese-American novelist, Kola Boof, in Morocco in 1996 said, “when next you meet an Arab, you should ask what is the Arabic word for slave, you’ll discover that the words are the same “abeed.” Which is why, when an Arab looks at a black African, what he sees is a slave.”

In 1962, the Arab Sudanese General, Hassan Beshir Nasr, while flagging off his troops to the war front against black Africans in South Sudan, declared: “We don’t want these black slaves…….what we want is their land.” Arabs’ attitude to blacks derives from Genesis’ racist fiction of the three sons of Noah – Ham, Japheth and Shem. Arabs claim that “the accursed Ham was the progenitor of the black race; that Japheth begat the full-faced, small eyes Europeans, and that Shem fathered the handsome of face with beautiful hair Arabs,” of course.

A coalition of 50 charities in Darfur, Sudan, published a study in mid December, 2008, confirming what the world already knew that the Janjaweed and the Sudanese army, with the backing of their government, during joint or individual attacks, raped, tortured and killed Sudanese Africans and razed their villages to repopulate them with Arab nomads. They rounded up and abducted escapees from hide-outs in the bush, and at other times raided refugee camps to kidnap Africans as sex and labour slaves, working them to the bones as domestic and farm labour. The army flew their captives in planes to Khartoum at night and shared them among soldiers, like you allocate bags of commodities, and used them as sex and domestic servants. Kidnapped victims interviewed, said their captors told them that ‘they were not human beings and that they were there to serve them.’

In the five years between 2003 and 2008, over 300,000 Sudanese Africans were killed, 100,000 abducted and 2.7 million rendered homeless refugees, with their land appropriated by Arabs. The Khatoum government admitted 14,000 kidnaps. You can imagine what happened when the world turned a blind eye on Sudan, in the twenty years between 1983 when the conflict began, and 2003. You have to ask yourself what African leaders are doing in AU with Arabs. Arabs are Africans’ mortal foes.

Al Qaeda’s bombing of the American Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, left 260 black civilians that included 12 Americans, dead. Over 4,000 Kenyans and Tanzanians were wounded. A remorseless top Arab journalist justified the attack by quoting Stalin: “You can’t make an omelet without breaking eggs.”

Ibn Sina (Avicenna 980–1037), Arab’s most famous and influential philosopher/ scientist in Islam, described blacks as “people who are by their very nature slaves.” He wrote: “All African women are prostitutes, and the whole race of African men are abeed (slave) stock.” He equated black people with “rats plaguing the earth.”

Ibn Khaldum, an Arab historian stated that “Blacks are characterized by levity and excitability and great emotionalism,” adding that “they are every where described as stupid.”

al-Dimashqi, an Arab pseudo scientist wrote, “the Equator is inhabited by communities of blacks who may be numbered among the savage beasts. Their complexion and hair are burnt and they are physically and morally abnormal. Their brains almost boil from the sun’s heat…..”

Ibn al-Faqih al-Hamadhani painted this no less horrid picture of black people, “…..the zanj (the blacks) are overdone until they are burned, so that the child comes out between black, murky, malodorous, stinking, and crinkly-haired, with uneven limbs, deficient minds, and depraved passions…..”

Arab Racism And Imperialism In Sudan (Africa)

ARAB COLONIALISM AND SANCTIFIED RACISM IS RAMPANT IN AFRICA AND ITS TIME AFRICANS SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

One of the most insulting events occurred a few months ago when thousands of Nigerians, Ghanians and other West Africans were lynched, attacked and killed in the streets of Libya, an Arab nation. Yet Africans continue to allow the Arab extermination of Blacks in Sudan and Mauritania, Arab racism and apartheid/racism in Zanzibar and parts of East Africa, and Arab mischief in some of the wars in West Africa. The time has long past for Black Africans to realise two things.

      (1) Arabs are Caucasians whose racism and religious imperialism is responsible for the destruction of African civilizations.

      (2) The Arabs and other Semites will never respect Black Africans and will continue to use their henchmen in Sudan and elsewhere to continue the extermination of Black Africans so they can depopulate the continent of Blacks and occupy it, as thy have done in Northern Africa. Hence, the solution is for the unification of BLACK AFRICANS/PAN-NEGRO PEOPLES all over the world to unite in the fight to stop what is an ancient war of genocide against Blacks which began with the invasion of Nubia by the Arab armies during the 600's A.D. Although they were defeated, they continued harrassment and imposed enslavement on Blacks, destroying the Great Nubian Kingdom and occupying much of Sudan today, while imposing their religion and culture on the region.

The unification of Africa was an important step, yet for some reasons it seems that some Africans are still unaware of Arab intentions in Africa which has been the same since the invasions of Egypt during the six hundreds a.d. When one looks at a map of the world and sees Sudan, Somalia and a numnber of Black nations suddenly classified as "Arab," one has to wonder what are Africans/Blacks worldwide doing to stop this swollowing of African lands, extermination of African people, enslavement and destroying of African men, women and chiildren, and imposing of non-African religions and culture that is totally against African traditions on Africans.

What does that say, that we as Blacks will follow the cultures and religions of people like sheep, simply because we think their religions are better?

      RETURNING TO AFRICAN RELIGIONS

The main problem in Africa today is one of alien occupation of African lands, alien control of African resources and alien control of the African mind. African religions MUST BE REESTABLISHED ALL OVER THE AFRICAN CONTINENT AND RELIGIONS THAT PROMOTE THE CULTURE, BELIEFS AND RACISM OF OTHER PEOPLES SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED.

The same religious concepts such as the lie called "the curse of Ham," used by the Semitic religions to justify slavery of Blacks is used to justy and promote/practice Arab and European racism against Blacks under the guise of religious teachings.

Any religion that calls for the enslavement of Africans or whose practicioners justy and practice the enslavement of Africans or anyone else should be eliminated from the consciousness of Blacks.

The same beliefs that are used to enslave Blacks in Sudan and Mauritania are used to occupy the lands of Blacks in Indonesia, Iryan Jaya and elsewhere. Slavery and kidnapping of Blacks in SE Asia, Melanesia, Papua-New Guinea has been going on for centuries and has been carried out by people who use the very same religious beliefs they use to justify their occupation and destruction of the Nubas, Dinkas, Nubians and other Africans in Sudan, Mauritania, East Africa and elsewhere.

AFRICAN RELIGIONS SERVE AFRICAN SPIRITUAL NEEDS

The original African religions such as Shango, Imbanda, Vadu, Condomble, Lucumi and even the ancient African Coptic Christian religion found in Nubia (which the Arabs are trying to eliminate) and Ethiopia are religions that contribute to the mental, psychological and spiritual needs of Africans. These religions deal with aspects of our being. When we observe the forces of nature and the power of the human mind and human capabilities in Shango, Vadu or Condomble, we recognize our devine powers, bestowed upon us by the Devine Mind (God), instead of kneeling before the statue of what is supposed to be some god imposed on us by people who continue to apply racism and enslavement on Black people on a worldwide scale.

Obviously, it is true there needs to be a reformation in African Spiritualist Religions. For example, religions such as Condomble of Brail, Shango of Trinidad, Vadu of Haiti, African Spiritualism practiced in West and Southern Africa and the religions of the Black Dalits of India and the Blacks of the Pacific/Melanesia should be unified. There should be a system of rules, lore, traditions, writings, sacred texts to store the sacred knowledge and a system of temples and architecture. THERE SHOULD BE A REFORMATION IN TRADITIONAL AFRICAN RELIGION. For example some teachings should be refined such as depending on our ancestors (as we depend on Christ for all our needs, while sitting on our backs waiting). We should say, "with the guidance of our ancestors, we shall work harder," rather than believing, "God the ancestors will provide," therefore we need not work hard or strive for improvement.

In retrospect, as long as Africans/Blacks worldwide continue to allow the religions and cultures of others to permeate our minds, destroy our cultures, corrupt our morality, we will always be slaves to Arabs in Sudan and Mauritania, Indonesia and the South Pacific. We will always be used by missionaries from religions such as Mormism whose texts and writings still contain statements that some say are very insulting to Blacks, yet whose religion is spreading in Africa, as if they realize Africans have no time to think, but will accept anybody's religion, including those that say Blacks are "cursed."

Africa and the Black world from Latin America through the Caribbean and the U.S. to Africa, Dalit India, Melanesia, Australia and elsewhere must bring into being a world Black cultural and spiritual renaissance. Religion more than any other ideology digs deep into the essence of human spirituality and being. How can we be who we are if we are permeated with the religious beliefs invented by other people, speaking their languages, wearing their attire, following their holidays and brutalizing our own people because they (the religious imperialists) hate us and told us too (as in Sudan).

The time has come to return to our own religions and culture. The key is reforming beliefs that ar4e outdated, preserving and improving what will contribute to the progress of Blacks worldwide. THE ESSENCE OF AFRICAN RELIGION IS BELIEF IN SELF AND BELIEF IN THE POWER OF THE DEVINE MIND (GOD) WITHIN US. With such belief, we will never feel inferior to anyone, we will never sit aside and watch invaders and religious imperialists swallow our motherland and exterminate our relatives (as some Africans are sitting back while Arab religious imperialism and racism destroys Africans), we will work to earn and take our place in the world as a great people, as we were before our minds become confused and our objectives changed.

Of Gaddafi and Arab racism towards Blacks

"We don’t know what will happen, what will be the reaction of the white and Christian Europeans faced with this influx of starving and ignorant Africans," Col Gaddafi said in Rome, August 30, 2010.
Arab racism towards Africans has for long been a taboo subject, considering that it is politically incorrect to voice out the obvious: That Arabs, who are mostly Muslims, are racists to boot and consider Africans, Muslim or Christian, as inferior.
Reference is made to the book of Genesis and the three sons of Noah – Ham, Japheth and Shem. Arabs claim that “the accursed Ham was the progenitor of the black race; that Japheth begat the full-faced, small eyed Europeans, and that Shem fathered the handsome Arabs with beautiful face and hair.”
Arab philosophers carefully tilled the ground in order to make racism towards Africans and all Blacks by their kin a proud cultural heritage. Ibn Sina (Avicenna 980–1037), Arab’s most famous and influential philosopher/scientist in Islam, described Blacks as “people who are by their very nature slaves.” He wrote: “All African women are prostitutes, and the whole race of African men is abeed (slave) stock.” He finally equates black people with “rats plaguing the earth.”
Ibn Khaldum, an Arab historian who is revered especially by Algerians, stated that “Blacks are characterized by levity and excitability and great emotionalism,” adding that “they are every where described as stupid.”
Al-Dimashqi, often described as a pseudo Arab scientist, wrote: “the Equator is inhabited by communities of blacks who may be numbered among the savage beasts. Their complexion and hair are burnt and they are physically and morally abnormal. Their brains almost boil from the sun’s heat…”
Ibn al-Faqih al-Hamadhani said of Black people: “…the zanj (the blacks) are overdone until they are burned, so that the child comes out between black, murky, malodorous, stinking, and crinkly-haired, with uneven limbs, deficient minds, and depraved passions...”
Colonel Gaddafi of Libya has continued in this tradition albeit masquerading as a Pan-Africanist amid his relentless attempts to Arabize Africa since the early 70s.
Desperate times call for desperate measures. Gaddafi may not be an honorable man but he certainly confirms his desperation after he paid two hundred Italian female models 70 to 80 Euros each to listen to his lecture on how "Islam should become the religion of Europe" and accept his infamous Green Book as gifts. Making use of the time he had bought, Gaddafi lectured the models for an hour on the "freedoms" enjoyed by women in Libya.
The question is: Where does one find free women in Libya? "Maybe he is referring to the majority forced to wrap themselves up like burritos in black covering dresses in the stifling heat?", suggested an American woman of African descent. "Or maybe he is referring to the majority of women beaten as a matter of routine by the males until they regurgitate a mixture of blood, flesh and bones" suggests another. Indeed, his son Seif al Islam’s questionable behavior in both Geneva and Paris, questions Gaddafi’s invitation. "Or maybe his men are out of fresh punching bags?".
And then again, Gaddafi may be called a realist in that he knew very well that not many people would voluntarily come to his lectures unless they got paid. For the vain dictator that he is, this is a commendable foresight and grasp of the cruel reality of his cheap worth especially when compared to other dictators who relish and wallow in their own lies and propaganda.
It is all a matter of perspective and having a modem of respect for the truth, for numbers, for the people and Africa as a whole. For all his claims to the contrary, Gaddafi has no respect for Africa or Africans. This is not just manifested by how very inhumanely he treats African workers and asylum seekers, nor by his self declaration as the King of All African tribes, but mainly by his deeply ingrained chauvinism and pretension to be an African Messiah. No wonder he refers to Africans as starved and ignorant and violates the rights of Black Africans in Libya. Wait a minute. I should simply say Africans instead of Black Africans, as north Africans hardly consider themselves as Africans anyway.
Gaddafi, in his recent visit to Rome, went as far as warning Europeans to beware of the starving and ignorant barbarians: "We don’t know if Europe will remain an advanced and united continent or if it will be destroyed, as happened with the barbarian invasions." The desert prisons of Libya, some of which are just containers for goods, are filled with African asylum seekers.
Algerians refer to Blacks as Kahlusha, while Black Africans are spat upon in many Algerian cities to the amusement of children who are encouraged in some areas to hoot at dark skinned people. The same is true in Morocco and Tunisia. Mauritania’s minority berber people consider themselves as Arab, and still have the slave system solidly in place as was the case in Southern Sudan where the "natives" were compared to "haiwanin" (animals) by the self declared Arab North. The irony is that the same so called Arab Sudanese and Mauritanians are themselves considered as abeed or slaves in Saudi Arabia.
The claim that Muslims cannot be racist is debunked in the Holy Land of Muslims itself where Africans on the Hajj pilgrimage are victimized by Arab racism and contempt.
Lebanon has time and again shown its ugly racism towards Africans in its vile treatment of domestic workers from Ethiopia and other African countries. This crude racism was in evidence when an Ethiopian Airlines plane crashed just off Beirut and the Lebanese authorities ignored the Ethiopian victims and their relatives and focused on the few Lebanese who were aboard.
Even Arab Sudanese were called Nubian monkeys by the Lebanese police at one time. Egypt, itself an African country calling itself Arab, discriminates against Nubians and all Black people.
Anwar Sadat, a former Egyptian president, was not happy when he heard a film on his life would have an African American actor portraying him, and the late Hassan II of Morocco was never amused by a reference to his black ancestry.
Arabs think they are superior and exhibit racism towards Africans. This is the undeniable truth. White skinned Arabs, including the black skinned ones (Sudan for example), consider themselves superior by virtue of their self declared Arab identity.
Meles Zenawi of Ethiopia hoodwinked Gaddafi and got Libyan aid during the struggle against Mengistu by assuring Gaddafi that Ethiopians are Arabs, that his father is a Yemenite, and that Ethiopia under Meles will join the Arab League.
Over the years Libya has been accused of racism and of officially provoking the beating and killing of African migrants. Gaddafi’s pan-African pretensions have always appeared shoddy and hollow as a consequence and his recent statement in Europe— calling Africans ignorant and barbarian invaders— has nailed his coffin as an Arab racist.
Gaddafi has brutally deported thousands of Africans. Saudi Arabia is doing the same every week. The degenerate Sheikhs and princes (who drink alcohol and maintain harems) have hypocritically been subjecting blacks to cruel punishment on flimsy charges of drinking alcohol, adultery and what have you.
An Ethiopian woman was hanged in public in Riyadh a few years back while Saudi women who beat up and throw acid at the faces of African domestic workers have never been charged or tried.
How many black skinned Libyans, Omanis, Saudis, Algerians and Moroccans hold high positions of government in their own respective countries?
There was a time early in his reign when the young colonel was somewhat funny with his proposal of unity to all and sundry, with Sicily excepted, his female bodyguards, his tent palace, and his air of a true Bedouin lost in oil and a modern century. But that time has passed.
Gaddafi the racist has for long been also Gaddafi the dictator, killing off his opponents both inside and outside his country, financing the likes of Fode Sankoh in Sierra Leone and meddling in the domestic affairs of other countries like Somalia, Sudan, Ethiopia, Liberia, etc.
During his Rome visit, Gaddafi asked the EU for 5 billion Euros to block Black Africans from Invading Europe and turning the continent into "another Africa", which for him is a continent of starving and ignorant black barbarians.
Contrarily, he told Europeans to open their doors to rich non-African Libyans and promised the paid Italian female models that he can find them Libyan husbands so that they can be free like Libyan women.
We can still take all this as funny but his alliance with Berlusconi has not augured well for Africans. Gaddafi is not funny. He is a pathetic racist Arab who should be shunned by all of Africa.

Hmmm, and you think the Pashtuns are any different? How many times have I heard a Pashtun male talk about a green eyed beauty with "shnaay shnaay sterghai and sur sar weshtah" or refer to the beauty personified by the descriptions of Laila in Eastern poetry as "skin like ivory and hair like the night?" For that matter, our great modern thinker M16/MazulYarMahsud appears to set up the thread about how Peshawari Pashtuns are dark and less Pashtun then other Pashtuns. I also refer you to the thread where people say, "what are you mistaken for?" and every answer hints at either being mistaken for as Persian Princess or the daughter of Princess Diana. Not a single guy or girl says: Mexican or Mulatto etc.

This is a trait that comes from a slave mentality. There is beauty in the Germanic look and there is equal and as graceful beauty in the blackest slaves of Ethiopa. The legends say Hazraat Musa (A) married an Ethiopian. I am thankful I grew up here in the US. I note that so many Pashtun brothers come here to the US and the first thing they do is chase white non Muslim American or European girls for their genes. Then they find themselves in a massive hole years later because they thought they were in love. Thankfully, growing older here showed me the beauty of our own people of all colors, whether they be the beautiful Adam Khel Afridis of the mountains or the equally awe inspiring divine beauty around Qandahar and the vale of Peshawar.

Arab racism is as unacceptable as Pashtoon racism or white racism.

But just because there are racist Arabs doesn't mean "Arabs are racist" anymore than Individuals like Toramana and Mazloomyar who pretend to be Pashtoons and are racist towards Arabs, Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks, Punjabis, Blacks, anyone with a shade of skin which is not resemblant of a Pink faced baboon; does not make Pashtoons racist either.

I would have to say that despite a few bad situations in Pashtoon history dealing with Hazaras or with South Asians; which I feel we should be repentant for. Pashtoons are actually pretty tolerant of other races

It's just people like Toramana, Mazloomyar and such that give us a bad name.

OK Toramana, you are stretching it now. I, with my own eyes, saw Pashtuns on the border between Chaman and Spin Boldak harassing the hell out of Chinese tourists. Those poor guys were just taking pictures and the Pashtuns were slanting their eyes and making "ying ming yaoow" sounds at them.

what were chinese tourists doing there of all places? lol
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

They were standing on the border crossing area between Afghanistan and Pakistan and were posing next to some gaurd holding a kalashnikov. One of them knew English and said that a part of his group were Xuighars and Uzbeks etc that were on their way to Islamabad.

This was not said to make Pashtuns look bad. Its just to point out to Toramana that we catch on that he is attempting to debase Islam by debasing Arabs and using "Gotcha" logic. He is using the if A = B and B = C then A = C logic where A = racism and B = Arab and C = islam then Islam has racism embedded within it.

My point to him was that this mentally challenged logic can be applied to Pashtun nationalism equally well. I definitly see a speen jeelaay with thoraa weshtaa in his avataar and not a dark skinned poor dirty looking village rural Pashtun and Toramana is a nationalist... therefore nationalism equals racism.

It was not intended to show that Pashtuns are by their nature bigger racists.

The irony you would even cite this when your Partner in crime was making despicable white supremacist remarks about Black Africans and people of dark skin without your censure.

                      hypocrisy.

racism is a petty stupid disease, its not exclusive to any specific group but more prevalent among other societies than others.

islam is the opposite of racism and associating islam with any such garbage is laughable.

but its still weird hearing about pashtuns doing that.

That is your own inference, my friend. I posted a thread about racism in China as well if you would've cared to notice. So the intentions weren't to drag Islam into this but to point to the issue of racism in general.

Anyhow, I did mean that communities and nations are conscious of the uniqueness of their collective-being (as embodied in their shared culture, values, etc.) and want to preserve it...and that they tolerate the encroachment of outsiders as long as in their zone of comfort or within the limits of their sense of security. Nothing can completely eliminate that almost instinctive trait in humans be those Arabs or Pashtuns.

Now as for Islam, its orthodox/fundamentalist form does have a racist agenda when it tries to religate Jews, Hindus, Christians, etc. to the status of subhumans and promotes hatred against them (by calling them immoral, sinful, etc.)...and in that way engenders segregation of society based on creed.

Also, as for I have noticed, you, despite carrying yourself as the leading beacon of Pan-Muslim fraternity, have shown racism towards others, e.g., when you called me someone from a low-cast tribe and in one of the threads, boasted of your aristocratic/royal lineage...so much so that you also braged of your birth in the US (a post-modern state probably not out of love for or pride in US but out of ego) while pointed to my FOB status.

I am a nationalist and say my nation is my immediate focus but humanity is much larger and grander which is my ultimate goal.

What BS, I called you a FOB because you called me a parasite. I would never have said the former had you not said the latter. My own Dad could be called a "FOB." You on the other hand have hurled insults at people's loyalties, religious ideologies, races etc. Did you ever stop and think how offensive it might be to Edge when you call Arabs as Camels? I think his mother is Arab. But your mouth runs like a motor and never stops.

You tried to break into a congenial and cordial conversation and label those involved who had not offended David in a manner unbefitting the flow of the conversation. David and I were getting along just fine, he even coneded so much.

I told you Toramana, if you hit, I hit back. I am a Pashtun just like you and I take badal when I want and need to. I never maligned your tribe and only bought up the strength of Kandahar after you called me a Panjabie.
