i agree we have lack of education,medical institution and similar and that leads to higher birthdeaths and death of the mother.

you should look for the cause of the poverty and its underdevelopment.

you can keep blaming the west for everything and pointing out their defects but why are most of you guys in the west and getting an education there, if it pees you off when some knowledge is offered that educated people have found?
my research on the net says that the bones of young women set in their later teens and that is the safest time for them to have a pregnancy. young teens in the west have the same problems with giving birth as those anywhere else, but they have the medical facilities to help them. i am not saying australia, america etc are perfect or superior, higher or better, so stop with those accusations.
