He also said that Jihad is obligatory upon muslims and would continue untill all the murtads (apostates) and munafiqs (hypocrites) are defeated, inside and outside of Afghanistan, untill every inch of the world is freed from the kufr (unbelievers) rule, untill all the kufr is removed, untill all fitna is removed from the face of the world and only the religion of Allah (subhanna wa ta'allah) reigns rupreme. Untill every muslim prisoner is freed etc.

I am not wasting my time. Not a single muslims should waste his time. Every second of our life is to be used in ibaadat of Allah (subhanna wa ta'allah). And jihad is not only fighting, jihad also means making yourself a better person, spreading the truth about the oppressors and tyrants around, waking people like you up through these kinds of threads, spreading the true message of Islam, speaking the truth agianst a tyrant ruler and their slaves.

So as you can see I am fullfilling my islamic obligation here in the west, by waking you guys up, studying in order to help later on the Ummah, spreading the knowledge and inviting people to Islam (dawa).

Every muslim has to utilise his/her capacities in the best way possible, in order to worship Allah (subhanna wa ta'allah) and bring an improvement in the condition of the ummah. So the context and the situation of the muslims in the west is different than that of the muslims in the muslim world, that's why the muslims have to make use of the best strategies in order to bring benefit to the ummah and worship Allah (subhanna wa ta'allah).

Fabulous find about Maulavi Jelaluddin's speech!

He's very very VERY attuned, he always has been the sharpest of any Mujahideen that I ever met.

So he could easily see all this back in 1991 !
Ten years before the clouds of American invasion loomed.

Of course, we must remember that he did deal during the 1980s with many American types. Some official, some renegades, he probably saw them all and was so clever to be able to read what they were really about.

Much better than any other of the Mujahideen commanders that I know of.
Many were way way too uncritical, in retrospect, of
America As Ally to Afghanistan

That's why I always praise Jelaluddin. He's superb.
