Teen Age Children

Salama-liakum!

I am a revert to Islam and a single parent with teenagers. Any advice of what I should or could do to share my faith with them? They were both brought up in the west, so naturally influenced by western media, although I have always been somewaht of a non-conformist. Neither are an age where they would simply follow my example without being so inspiried. They don't say anything, and I am sure they respect my beliefs, but I feel sometimes that I should be teaching or passing something on to them, but at this point am not exactly sure how.

Any hints?
