The prophet (s.a.w.) was a human being, he was not made from light. The tafasir do say the aya about noor is about the Prophet (s.a.w.). It is like the dream of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqaas (ra) he was outside in the night, and it was dark, he followed a Sahabi and he came to the prophet Pbuh and he saw them under the moon. He interpreted this as, the prophet (s.a.w.) guiding him from darkness to the light. Nowhere does it say he was made physical out of light. And you are suggesting that. Nor tafsir al Jalalayn or any other acceptable tafsir says that.
