This person is part of the extremist group Al-Muhajiroun, an offshoot of the extremist group Hizb al-Tahrir. The beliefs and practices of both groups are contradictory to traditional Islam. They are a minority rejected by the vast majority of Muslims.

His claim that moderates and radicals don't exist is completely false. The Qur'an itself refers to this umma as a moderate umma. And the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) himself warned against extremism.

In another video on YouTube ("Anjem Choudary - HardTalk - Synchronized & French subtitled") in which he is being asked about the London 7/7 bombings, he says: "As far as Muslims are concerned, there allegiance is always with the Muslims, so I would never condemn a Muslim for what he does. Indeed I must side with him whether he is an oppressor or oppressed." In the video Maiwand posted not only does he condemn a Muslim, but he embarrasses a Muslim woman (someone's wife, mother, daughter, sister) in public in front of thousands. And as for his claim that one must side with his fellow Muslim no matter if he is right or wrong, this is the antithesis of what Islam teaches. Allah Most High says:

O ye who believe! Be ye staunch in justice, witnesses for Allah, even though it be against yourselves or (your) parents or (your) kindred, whether (the case be of) a rich man or a poor man, for Allah is nearer unto both (them ye are). (4:135)
