Qibla: For the Islamic Sciences
Qibla's purpose is to teach people the direction to turn to their Creator. Just as the physical direction of the qibla unites all who pray towards Mecca five times a day, Qibla exists to unite all who seek the Divine, who told His prophet Muhammad (Allah bless him and give him peace): "Say, If all of you love Allah, then wholeheartedly follow me, and Allah will love you" (Qur'an 3:31)"
Qibla's aim is to shed the light of highest Islamic scholarship on every point of modern life, from the individual, profession, family, and community, to the entire world. Our course-work stands firmly on the classic corpus of the most authorative scholars of traditional Islam, and teaches students the practical attainment of true knowledge, godfearingness, and love of Allah that lie at the heart of His final revelation.
