For the last 10 years, every couple of years, I have been having a dream about the death of a person who is alive. This person dies and after she is dead, her dead body starts pleading with me. Every time, it's a different scenario and in every scenario, she is dead and pleading. It's very very disturbing.

It is said that dreaming about the death of a person may represent a relationship that is over or changed from the dreamers perception or wishing it to be or fear that it will be. The pleading could be that you somehow dont want the relationship to be over or changed and wish for the other person to not part or change the relationship.Last edited by khushal; 09-06-2016, 09:34 AM.

In the 1980's during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan they ran a project where they weaponized bypolarity and multiple personality disorder among Afghan toddlers. You are one of the subjects of this project. Your mental disorder was diagnosed in Ali Abad psychiatric institution in Kabul. Your file was taken by Soviet advisors.Originally posted by DaZahroJaam. The KGB used a secret gas silent gas bomb to sedate your family. Their agents entered your home at midnight and took you to a secret facility in Khoja Rawash. There they have conducted a treatment in order to program you. You were used as an assassin by the KGB. You are still an asset in Canada. The reason why you are having dreams is because after the fall of Soviet Union, they were forced to cut back on maintenance of their secret weapons. You are experiencing malfunction due to lack of care.Originally posted by FirdousiNever talk with Afghans about politics. don't know what does that mean, personally nightmares frequently occur to me and waking up crying or shouting loudly when can't run in dream. Sometimes I do know that I am dreaming and trying to make myself calm in dream. Sleep paralysis is common.
Most of the time when I met new people and we tends to become friends, then I dream about him deceiving me and leaving me In Strange and terrifying places alone intentionally. A year ago when I was little suffering from anxiety, I was scare of sleeping, it felt like going to oblivian.

you get the least amount of oxygen while you are sleeping on your back so chances of getting nightmares is increased. during sleep paralysis, you are the victim, not someone else so no, that was not sleep paralysis.

I went through a bad time few years ago. I used to suffer panic attacks on a regular basis specially during night-time . I was on Lorazepam for a long time. But I managed to control it. My advice is: sport, diet and keep yourself busy.Originally posted by marwat View Postdon't know what does that mean, personally nightmares frequently occur to me and waking up crying or shouting loudly when can't run in dream. Since I changed my way of life I have lost 25 kg. I go to gym three or four times a week. Trekking, paddle, footing,.. etc. Now I am stronger and I breath much better so my sleeping and breathing got better too. Still I suffer anxiety attacks from time to time. So you need to get used to it I guess."For thirty years, I endured much pain and strife,
