Peace in Troubled Times - Sh. Hamza Yusuf

In this video he says that Muslims do not have monopoly on truth. Hamza Yusuf teaching
This implies that Islam is not necessarily true. And there is no need for us to believe that it is the absolute truth.[SIZE="4"][B][CENTER][URL="www.quranawsunnat.com"]www.quranawsunnat.com

This Muslim, who has dedicated his life to studying, teaching, and spreading Islam, who has founded the first Muslim college in America, for the teaching and spreading of Islam, he doubts the validity of Islam? Think about what you are saying.Originally posted by Sangar View Postthis person doubts the validity of Islam compared to Judaism and Christianity.

You should learn and understand the definition of 'monopoly' and learn and understand the difference between saying "Muslims" and "Islam." And learn to understand words in their context.
Shaykh Hamza speaks to non-Muslims with wisdom and the fruits of that wisdom is that many of them come to Islam. His enemies, on the other hand, speak with ignorance and lack of ihsan, and the fruit of their speech and actions is that they give Muslims a bad name and push people away from Islam.

I know what monopoly means. And your rabbi, Hamza Yusuf is being a trickster like always. He is not speaking with wisdom. He is being a snake.Originally posted by Mujib View PostYou should learn and understand the definition of 'monopoly' and learn and understand the difference between saying "Muslims" and "Islam." Just like when he gave that interview after 9/11 saying that 72 virgins in paradise means grapes LOL.
These clowns are a mockery to Islam.
It is of no relevance what they say. We should stick to proper Muslims who are not deviants and heretics. At least we can learn something from decent and normal people.[SIZE="4"][B][CENTER][URL="www.quranawsunnat.com"]www.quranawsunnat.com

You know Sangar, no matter what, you complain. It doesn't matter what topic, what context, what time, what venue. All you seem to do is complain.
Be it in politics, in religion, in language, in cosmetics, in art, in personal lifestyle choices, you name it.
It's not like it bothers anyone or like you can achieve anything with that complaining. All it does is make your heart black from this world - sure Islam says that we should have absolutely no love for this world in our heart.. but you should not hate it and be so incredibly negative about it either. All it does is make you live your life in a negative and hateful context and that's a pity.
If this is how you go about Muslims, that no matter what they achieve you accuse them of being either gay or Jew-lovers .. how will we go anywhere as an Ummah?
He has spent his life studying Islam, what have you done?
He has been preaching for years and years and converting people, what have you done?
He has founded the first Muslim American College in America, what have you done?
It's about time we learn to appreciate our fellow Muslims for what they have achieved and for what they are rather than ALWAYS finding something about them to complain about.

Well, apparently whatever I say does affect you so much that you go out of your way to type all of this.Originally posted by Mayana View PostYou know Sangar, no matter what, you complain. It doesn't matter what topic, what context, what time, what venue. All you seem to do is complain.

It's called Naseeha and I advise you as a sister in Islam because I feel bad and don't want you to live your life in such a bitter manner. I knew that this is what I would get in return and that all you would possibly be able to come up with would either be ridicule or disrespect - yet it is my duty.
Your words have absolutely no influence on me; you live your life in a dark world in which all you see is stuff that you need to complain about - the world I live in, the things I see and perceive, the life I have been gifted, the beauty that makes me walk around and say "SubHanAllah" non-stop and the things I have been blessed with are not even for your eyes to see right now.
