What I see is that it spares a man having little power over his own money and resources, he no longer has to pay half his salary to a woman just because she's a woman a or deal with having to waste everyone's precious time, hard earned money and over burdened legal institutions with a long drawn out process that is totally unnecessary. It's a situation in which men are disadvantaged in settlement and in custody battles.

look at what happens in Europe, America, Canada and Australia. women can get "no fault" divorce even if she 's been unfaithful during their marriage, the process is grueling and drawn out, she can get access to a man's income, that she didn't even earn herself. The divorce process is traumatizing and psychologically devastating to everyone involved. Especially children. It forces women to become leeches on society.

When you look at it objectively rather than from a skewed and irrational lens, the Process of Divorce is actually in the better interests of everyone involved than the one we see in Canada, Europe or such places.
