Good hadith but why sharia has barbarious punishments like stoning to death, cutting hands, cutting throat with a knife , canning in public etc.

It means muslims will die like poor, backward, uneducated, dictators, terrorists etc while developed non muslims will die in a better way.

They are the losers, those who make the religion hard and tough. They imperil themselves who enforce tough practices of Islam. They destroy themselves, those who are extremes.

dear Badlun it's because the muslims have the mentality like, if it is tough it must be more islamic, hence doing it will earn you more sawab and blessing from Allah.

jihad actual meaning is of struggle, qital is a form of jihad. Quran have emphasized the importance of jihad against your sin too many time

                          Moderation:

The best of all dealings is the one which is moderate.
——— Prophet Muhammad (s) as reported by Baihaqi.

Make things easy and convenient and don’t make them harsh and difficult. Give cheer and glad tidings and do not create hatred.
                          ——— Prophet Muhammad (s) in Riyadh us-Saleheen, Volume 1:637.

There is a clear paradox in these hadiths and Quran. Quran asks for tough and brutal punishments. Hadith also ask for Stoning to death etc and you are talking of not making the religion hard and tough.
