Al-Azhar University in Egypt, recently expelled some of its students for participating in protests against the Sisi regime (a regime which has killed thousands of protesters)- what can be considered a token gesture of support/approval to Sisi.
If Al-Azhar University and its Grand Mufti, can throw their support behind Sisi, then can any of their rulings on religious matters be considered credible?
