Why are so many pashtuns using islam to bring a girl to blame and label her as a sinner, but when a boy does the same thing, it is ok. Weather it is a girl or a boy, in islam, it is the same. Islam does is not gender biased, so why do pashtuns use it to do that? Why is a boy so special that he is pardoned from the acts, but the girl is punished?

i think, on some level, pashtun men are very well aware of their own hypocrisy. they understand that if women were to be educated, they will not choose living under the same conditions and circumstances as are chosen for them. a man can redeem his character at any point in life but a woman is done on the first strike because awareness can not be undone. they don't want to change their ways so they don't want their women changing and making them look bad. besides, how would pashtuns settle their disputes if they weren't able to trade off their daughters for the heads of those their sons murder?? what educated woman with options out there in society would want to live a life like that? human life values so little because of the abundant supply of mindless and heartless killers produced by these women who can barely hold themselves on the same esteem or living with the same amount of rights over life or dignitiy as those God made superior to them.
and as for the religion part, the fierce amount of devotion and blind faith required by any religion makes it so dynamic when it comes to the persuasion of corruption of the masses. this is why religion and politics are conjoined together so often.
if taliban were herbalists, do you think they would have had the same amount of success as they do now??

But if women fight for what is islamically a right for the, they don't have to live in that kind of hell. The men will then realize what they are doing wrong and their sons will have to take responsibility for the murders they commit and other crimes. This will cause afghans as whole, to become better followers of islam. Because of the ignorant, those people who are doing whatever they please, the rest of the muslims and the religion of Islam are being given a wrong name.

as i have mentioned to you in the past, in order for women to fight for what is right, they have to believe and be educated on what's right first. the last time i was in an afghan gathering, i was sitting there and practicing being elegant and polite when i overheard a bunch of highly educated afghan women who were gossiping about so and so over how she had called the cops on her so called abusive husband. and how back in their days, women were known for their sense of patience and loyalty for their abusive in laws and husbands. why, there had been many occasions when they would get the crap beaten out of them the night before and how they would great and be a hostess to his or their own families the day after and pretend nothing happened because apparently, that is what being a decent woman is all about.
so what do you expect from the daughters of these so called educated women?? what do you expect from women who have had no education and are living in villages??
when it's a male dominated society, you need to educate the men first and then send them home to educate their women and then fight for a woman's right to education. otherwise, you are sending these women who have come across a sudden awareness of what they deserve and are either willing to fight for it passionately and suffer severe consequences or boycott the very idea of such a concept of this so called 'education'.
one ought to go in to the process of it gracefully. make it appear charming so if not lured by their sense of right or wrong, they end up there by the power of enticement.
