  • Pharaoh Found Perfectly Preserved Just As Promised In The Quran

    Dr.Maurice and the Pharaoh - Qur'an & Science - YouTube

Please debate politely with the ones that don't believe, don't resort to insults, as that is not the way of the Quran.

    25. And of them there are some who listen to you; but We have set veils on their hearts, so they understand it not, and deafness in their ears; if they see every one of the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) they will not believe therein; to the point that when they come to you to argue with you, the disbelievers say: "These are nothing but tales of the men of old."26. And they prevent others from him (from following Prophet.
I believe the sun should never set upon an argument.
I believe forgiveness is the key to your unhappiness.

    Surah Yunis Ayat 10:92

    Sahih International
So today We will save you in body that you may be to those who succeed you a sign. And indeed, many among the people, of Our signs, are heedless

Firouns body was preserved by Allah Azawajal, after staying in water for over a thousand years, his body was still intact.

His body was preserved in the same manner the Pharoahs before him use to have their bodies preserved.

Even Firoun tried to declare faith when he felt the pangs of death.

Ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu) narrated that the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “When Allah drowned Firaun, he said (while drowning), ‘I believe that there is no God but He in whom the Children of Israil believe.’ Jibreel said to me, ‘O Muhammad! If you could have seen me when I took the mud from the sea and shoved it into his mouth, fearing that the mercy of Allah might save him.’” [Tirmidhi]

      Surah Yunis 10:90

And We took the Children of Israel across the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers pursued them in tyranny and enmity until, when drowning overtook him, he said, "I believe that there is no deity except that in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of the Muslims."
I believe the sun should never set upon an argument.
I believe forgiveness is the key to your unhappiness.

isn't it up to God whether he wants to forgive people or not?? would jibrail shoving mud in firaun's mouth while he was trying to submit to God have really prevented God from hearing what firaun was trying to say?? let's not even bother with whether he was genuinely submitting or not.

When Allah Azawajal dislikes someone he calls on Jibreel to tell him he dislikes so and so, who then conveys the message through out the heavens.

you don't have him quoting that allah appointed him to stuff firaun's mouth for uttering those words. you have him saying he did it because he was afraid allah will have mercy on him and forgive him after all. i questioned you on this particular quote and i want you to help me understand this particular quote before you move on to another one.
allah gave everyone the right to repent at any point and time during the course of their existence as long as they truly mean it. only allah would have known whether he truly meant it or not.
i am not saying it couldn't have possibly happened or that jibrail alay salam couldn't have possibly admitted this to the prophet pbuh, i am questioning the context that you are using that quote in.

and once again, when you quote something, briefly explain it in your own words. and give me the surah number too so i can go and look it up. i am not as smart as you are. i don't have it entirely memorized in my head.

that is not what i asked. i didn't ask about firaun's intentions. i didn't ask what God said about it before or after. i asked why jibrail as did what he did at that moment and whether that was right and wrong.
it's a very simple question but seeing how i have repeated myself 5 times already and you have answered anything but that, i am going to let you to it. thank you very much.

                  Torah (16:50)

“The angels can do nothing on their own. They only obey the orders or commands of God.”

It can be inferred, the act of angel Gabriel (stuffing of ocean’s mud in the mouth of pharaoh) was ordained by God.

According to the above-mentioned parable, God did not want that pharaoh should believe in him. In order to fulfill his desire. God appointed Gabriel to stuff the mouth of pharaoh with mud.

I had to read the Torah for this answer, where it's clearly mentioned in parable (Torah 16:50) . Angels don't have free will they carry out whatever Allah Azawajal wants. The mud was therefore command of Allah Azawajal.

Jibreel simply carried out the command of Allah Azawajal, when he rushed to the bottom of the sea.

Angels do no wrong as they have no free will, only humans do wrong as we have free will. Why is belief in the Angels the second
                  pillar of Eeman?
                  -
Belief in Angels is the pillar of faith that is placed after belief in Allah and before belief in the books. Angels are the ones who deliver the message and books to the messengers.
                  -
Jibreel was the link between Allah and His messengers he brought down the revelations, glad tidings as well as punishments. Sodom was destroyed by his one wing, where still nothing grows.
This hadith also tells us that because of the angels’ closeness to Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) they despise the enemies of Allah (subhana wa ta’ala). They hate those evil people who rebel against Him and cause corruption in the land. Since Jibreel (alaihis salam) is the chief of the angels and thus closest of them to Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) his hatred for Firaun was also the greatest for this enemy of Allah.

Jibreel (alaihis salam) is the angel commissioned by Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) to bring down His punishment. All the people of the past who were punished, received their punishment through Jibreel (alaihis salam).

Other ahadith tell us that angels pray for the pious servants of Allah (subhana wa ta’ala). Thus, angels love those who love Allah and hate those who hate Him.

Firoun charged into the sea full of arrogance claiming himself as God, only when the sea took over and the pangs of death filled him he believed. Its too late.

I have seen all the preserved bodies of the Pharaohs in Egypt. There are so many bodies lying there. Please note the following

Pharaoh was not one person. Even it is not a name but a designation or title. There were so many Pharaohs. Qur'an never specify that about which Pharaoh it is talking. May be Ramses first, second or any other one. Qur'an is not a book of history and we cannot take its data as an authentic book of history.

I do not understand why Qur'an refers to this preservation of the corpses? Is it something virtuous. If it is then Muslims must preserve all the dead bodies or at least some bodies for teaching lesson to others like those of Husni Mubarak, Qaddafi, Osama etc.

I think Egypt before Islamism was more advanced culturally and even scientifically. Preservation of dead bodies to this level of perfection is great chemistry. And the pyramids are simple great.

very good information even though i reviewed it myself before asking you the question to make surei was not missing an obvious point, however, once again, it does not answer my question.

in the beginning of this thread, you mentioned a quote from tirmidhi that went like this :

Ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu) narrated that the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “When Allah drowned Firaun, he said (while drowning), ‘I believe that there is no God but He in whom the Children of Israil believe.’ Jibreel said to me, ‘O Muhammad! If you could have seen me when I took the mud from the sea and shoved it into his mouth, fearing that the mercy of Allah might save him.’” [Tirmidhi]

in this quote, there is a part where hazrat jibrail as is quoted saying this: If you could have seen me when I took the mud from the sea and shoved it into his mouth, fearing that the mercy of Allah might save him.

this part of this quote doesn't make any sense to me: "fearing that the mercy of Allah might save him"

if jibrail as, the malik or angel did this because allah commanded him to do so, why does he say he did it from the fear of allah having mercy on firaun?? those are two different things. jibrail as doing something because God tells him so and him doing something because he fears God may forgive firaun are two different things.
there could be two possibilities that could explain that quote.
a, whoever translated that quote, did it wrong because it contradicts the actions of what we know malaiks are capable of or are responsible for doing.
b, whoever translated it, did not put any of their own opinions in it and that is how it happened. the malaiks are in the habit of manipulating situations and deciding for them self whether one should or should not go to heaven instead of leaving it to God.

now we decide which one has more chances of being true and i don't think the second point is very plausible. therefore, whoever translated that, did it wrong.

my question from you would be this: being an individual who portrays herself as someone who is very dedicated to religion, why were you not able to recognize that before posting it?? is it because you have no common sense and are reading and posting things randomly with out actually thinking about any of it or because you are not in the habit of question things regardless of how stupid and irrational they sound??

you don't necessary have to answer any of these questions. they are rhetorical questions the answers to which i already know. good night.

Angels Jibreel rushed to carry out this command as he felt Allah Azawajal might forgive Firoun, which shows Angels do not know, until something is revealed to them.

He told the Prophet p.b.u.h. that he filled Firouns mouth as fast as he could just incase ALLAH Azawajal changes his command as Jibreel alaisalam knows about the mercy of Allah Azawajal, but the command was not changed.
Allah Azawajal has no limit to his mercy, anything can change at anytime, but that command was not changed.

Angel Jibreel fears Allah Azawajal! anything can change at anytime.

                        Which is understandable.

What do you say to that?

Other Pharoahs were mummyfied on land, this one was found mummyfied in water as Quran states.

The answer is simple the Quran was concluded in 632 CE, Firouns body emerged in 18th Century. Quran is the book of Allah Azwajal take heed and the end is terrible. This is nothing to do with humans preserving Osama humans are not God.Toba o kazham.

                            this is for you:

Among the people there are some who say, ‘We believe in Allah and the Last Day,’ when they are not believers. (2:8)

They think they deceive Allah and those who believe. They deceive no one but themselves but they are not aware of it. (2:9)

There is a sickness in their hearts and Allah has increased their sickness. They will have a painful punishment on account of their denial. (2:10)

When they are told, ‘Do not cause corruption on the earth,’ they say, ‘We are only putting things right.’ (2:11)

No indeed! They are the corrupters, but they are not aware of it. (2:12)

When they are told, ‘Believe in the way that the people believe,’ they say, ‘What! Are we to believe in the way that fools believe?’ No indeed! They are the fools, but they do not know it. (2:13)

When they meet those who believe, they say, ‘We believe.’ But then when they go apart with their Satans, they say, ‘We are really with you. We were only mocking.’ (2:14)

But Allah is mocking them, and drawing them on, as they wander blindly in their excessive in-solence. (2:15)

Those are the people who have sold guidance for misguidance. Their trade has brought no profit; they are not guided. (2:16)

Their likeness is that of people who light a fire, and then when it has lit up all around them, Allah removes their light and leaves them in darkness, unable to see. (2:17)

Deaf, dumb, blind. They will not return. (2:18).
