Does Shariah allow for gay marriage?

I mean does a shariah islamic body in a state allow for kaffirs to practice such things within its domain? according to some hadiths i have read, the early muslims allowed the non muslims within their domain and who they were protecting, to practice their disgusting cultural lifestyles.

does anyone have any evidence pointing one way or another conclusively?

well of course it is ungodly and is contrary to islam but my question relates to kafirs under the protection of an islamic body. christianity, judaism, and other beliefs/communities are protected under shariah so the question is, is homo marriage among atheists?

if i was ruler of a ethnically diverse weatern country like the UK or USA, i would let whites have gay marriage, so that a lot of gays get married and wont have children so their population will decline. gay adoption is an abomination and must never be allowed in pure lands.

i dont know the exact answer to your question but

i feel that since it is prohibited in the Quran, we should not allow it in a muslim's land becuase it is a sin, a crime against God and anyone can sin whether Muslim, Jew, Hindu or athiest, so as it is a crime, it should be outlawed. They can be free to follow their own culture AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH ISLAMIC VALUES. so i would even forbid them from gambling, adultery, gay acts, drugs, alcohol and pork since they are not allowed but i would let them wear their cultural dresses, music, dances, festivals and what not as long as they halal.

but the thing is that jews and christians practice shirk which is a hell bound sin for muslims.

my recollection may be off but i think i have read about the caliphate accepting disgusting practices among its dominion by kafirs during its rule, things like parent-child marriage and the such.
