One Ron Paul says that US Constitution has been failed and we listen to him but millions of US citizens are following , Congress is working under this constitution for the last many decades , supreme court is functioning under it and the whole government functionary is managing its affairs in the light of his constitution but Ron Paul call it a failure!

On the other hand Quran was never called as constitution and is never used for that purpose for the last 14 centuries. Its definitely a success being a book of religious guidance but will be a failure if ever used as a constitution.

Wrong, the consitution is not being obeyed when it comes to war powers demarcation between Congress and the Presidency. Professor Andrew Bacevich of Boston calls this the "Imperial Presidency." Habeus Corpus and other rights endowed in it are being subverted utilizing the legal gymnastics of folks like Professor Yoo. States rights were long ago taken away for centralization of authority - a very gray area of constitutional authority. It doesnt mean that the whole government is going awry and completely stepping out of its constitutional role but it certainly has impacted American governance.

The allocation of the Fed as being the premiere central banking institute also has raised constitutional queries about validity/

Trust me, you are out of your league if you think you know more than Ron Paul.

Actually the what BarakzaiAbdali is saying is that the Constitution is being violated even by the supreme court and others, and thereby they are not following it in its actual sense, so your argument would not discredit the Qur'an on that account.

Either way your argument is a logical fallacy.
