  • Are all followers of the sect Mutazilah considered disbelievers

In the Name of Allah the most high ,there is no God beside him and Peace and blessings of Allah be upon the Messenger of Allah and mercy be upon his companions and family.

After many comments made by RTR,
here are some words of the scholars of Islam with refferences what their opinion was regarding this sect.

Al- Hussain ibnu Ali ibnu Abu Talib (ra) said : I swear by Allah, they say not which Allah has said, and not which the Angels said, and not what the Messengers said and not what the People of Jannah said and also not what their friend iblis has said. ( Bayhaqi)

It was reported about Amir al-Muminin Umar ibnu Abdul Aziz (ra) from Abu Suhayl he said :I was walking with Umar ibn Abdul Aziz and he asked me about an advice about Qadariya Mutazila,i said i see you call them to make seek forgiveness and if they does not seek forgiveness, than we have the sword and he (Umar ibn Abdul Aziz replied ) i see it no different from that what you said. And Malik ibn Anas also agreed on that. ( Bayhaqi)

And it was Umar ibn Abdul Aziz (ra) who made a great refutation of the Mutazilah sect.

The Tabi3in Ibnu Sirin (ra) und Hassan al-Basri (ra) both warned from the wrong beliefs of this sect in their works.

When Abdullah ibn Marwan was Khalifa he was adviced in a Fatawaa by Imam as-Suhri (ra),about shedding their blood is allowed-( as stated by Abdul Qahir at-Tamimi in Usul ud Din )

Many scholars of the time has made their takfir upon the Mutazilah as related by Bayhaqi from Imam Malik ibn Anas (ra) and from Imam Abu Hanifa(rah) and from Imam Shafi, and Imam Shafi (rah) declared Hafs al Fared as a Kaffir who is the head of the Mutzailah sect.(it is reported in Bayhaqi in Manaqib ash-Shafi.)

In Asma wa Sifaa it is reported in Bayhaqi from Imam Abu Hanifa (rah) and his student Imam Abu Yusuf (ra) who declared them as disbelievers and Abu Yusuf (ra) even declared them as Zanadiqa.

Other known tabieen who declared them as disbelievers are the following Sufyan at-Thauri (ra) , Sufyan ibnu 3uyayna (ra), Abu 3amr al-auza3i (ra), Yahya ib Sa3id al-Qatan (ra), and many others.

To be continued and the refutation with the help of the Book

المعرفة فى علوم الحديث Science of Hadith to be completed inshaAllah.

    This is clearly a forgery

Mu'tazilah don't believe in predestination (Qadariyah), they believe in Free-Will

And there's no refutation in here; just made up commentaries.

My source is a student of knowledge at Multaqa Ahl al-Hadeeth.
Hanafi law was infiltrated by Mu'tazilite influences. The early major Usoolis of the Hanafis were the Mu'tazilites. This remained until today. It is a huge task to sieve out pure Hanafi law "pre-Mu`tazilites" in both Usool 'l-Fiqh (Fundamentals) and Furoo (branches) to determine what can be correctly attributed to the Imams of Hanafi law and what cannot.
As for Fard and Wajib according to the Hanafis, then realise that the difference as it stands at the moment is that:
Fard - an obligation established via evidence that is definite in its transmission AND meaning (i.e. Mutawaatir/Mashhur and Nass Sareeh)
Wajib - an obligation established via evidence that is indefinite in its transmission AND/OR meaning (i.e. Khabr Wahid and/or Nass Muhtamal)
Early Imams of Hanafi fiqh did not make this distinction. The later Hanafi scholars (whose creed had Mu'tazilite influences) noticed that a pattern was emerging in their fatwas, which they labelled as the "Fard v. Wujoob" issue. This was based on the "transmission of the evidence". There are little more technicalities involved which requires basic understanding of Usool 'l-Fiqh. If you are interested, you can read it here.
Apart from that, Fard and Wajib is the same thing according to majority of the scholars (with the exception of Hanafi Madh-hab ofcourse).

Oh yeah ;-) forgery, just wait sweetheart the refutation is to be followed soon, this is just the beginning, even with this thread im not finished with you and your sect for now.

Mutazilah,Qadariyah and Jahemya rose from the same seed, they share common ground, but some went to such extreme for example the Jahemya.

Many Hanafis were Mu'tazilis, and, as is known, the Saljuqid sultans
favoured the Hanafi majhab. Consequently, throughout the last two centuries of the 'Abbasid
            caliphate
, a fair number of qa·is, in Baghdad as in Rayy, were avowed Mu'tazilis (cf. W.
Madelung, Religious schools and sects in medieval Islam, London 1985, ii, 135-7). Among these,
mention should be made of Abu Ya'qub Yusuf al-Lamgjani (d. 606/1209), who was one of the
masters of Ibn Abi 'l-Hadid (cf. SjarhNahj al-balagja, ix, 192, ll. 10-11). In Khwarazm, where it was
overtly supported by the local princes, Mu'tazilism continued throughout this period as the
dominant ideology (cf. Madelung, op. cit., 115-16), to such an extent that outside this area
khwarazmi was understood as a synonym of mu'tazili (cf. Yaqut, Udaba', vi, 155, ll. 7-10). Khwarazm
            was the birthplace of Mahmud al-Zamakjshari (d. 538/1144 [q.v.]), author of a famous qur'anic
commentary entitled al-Kashshaf; ....... But it was only
after the Mongol conquest that Mu'tazilism as such finally disappeared altogether.

Take it for as much as you want,it is stated in Bayhaqi one of the smaller Hadith collections.

And this is not all what it is stated there and elsewhere sweetheart.

Prove it, show the actual reference from Baihaqi with page and number

many Deobandi Child Molestors like you fabricate and claim that the references are in these books but no one find the references when they check.

I wonder why rtr is so against the wahabis. the reason is that they have exposed mutazillahs properly in a more clear and easy way.

He is actually making a claim that Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal (rah) is a wahabi trying to bring him under this roof, because he exposed them and their disbeliefs and that is the reason he scarificid his life for the sake of Islam, they tried to hijack Islam and Islamic beliefs as like the salafis try.

then why does his Madhab only exist with people where Wahhabism is centered?
