just most of us do not know what the purpose is..
There is also the other side of the coin....why does life need a purpose? After all that is an opinion. Someone a long time ago had this obsession and the rest of us just might have ate it up. Maybe it's society that teaches us that there needs to be a purpose.....or is this purpose seeking inherit to us all naturally?

There is a tribe in the amazon that doesn't recognize the concept of time or purpose. They just live and dont identify with past or future...only present. A Christian missionary that went there to convert them actually lost his own faith and became native.

because we were given the only one chance to live our lifes, without undo option.

what is limited? if you mean learning and creating, i don't see a limit there. that would be a sign of your imaginations limitations.

Life is a test where everyone performs his role and then the result is given in the hereafter.

no there is no limit to learning, matter of fact "seek knowledge as if you will live forever"

                  human lifespan is limited.

since lifespan is limited knowledge is also limited in that sense.

offcourse there is also the "theological point of view"
                  and the "philosphical"

yeah, in case you hadn't noticed, theosophical and philosophical views are what we are giving, which scientific discoveries are also backing, lol.
human life might be limited but is consciousness limited to just this life, in what we term, 'reality'??

I think fulfillment in life comes from living morally (altruism, philanthropy, positive thinking, abstaining from acts and things that pollutes soul, etc.) and spiritual pursuits in the sense of self-cognition, meditation, try to know the unknown, exploration, discovery, problem solving, etc. etc.
