what place does the pope have in islam and what do muslims think of the pope?

i am not referring to any specific pope, i am talking about popes in general.

Arabic TV refers renders the title 'Pope' as 'Baba'.

@Tor_Khan Very interesting. Perhaps "pope" and "papa"/"baba" are cognates. afterall, christians are really big on father figures.
