An Indian friend told me they paint them as blue cos they were actually really dark skinned, and obv dark being a bad thing in India they decided to smurf it up

No it was supposed to be dark skin, almost black color, old paintings of Hindu gods were never blue, its the new paintings where the gods are drawn blue. The Indians hate black skin so much that they rather paint there Gods Blue than black, really sad actually when you realise that majority of Indians are black.

Yes it's true....
Unfortunately, people in india are very racist, especially in the north, we need to change this mentality and act like humans.

Last week, a black student from ghana was killed in the punjab province, in patiala.
Indians are racist against themselves, punjabis and
kashmiris are racist against everyone ( biharis , bengalis , south indians ), same for the high hindu castes like brahmins.

The bollywood actors are all fair, (pathans, punjabis or brahmins ), but it doesn't represent the majority of indians....

Same goes for pakistan ( Sindh and punjab )
