I think you live in Pakistan or Afghanistan. There it is not a problem there growing beard there but here its a problem. Muslims are scared from growing beards non-Muslims think they are terrorists.

Yes I am a Pashtun form Khost living in Europe but I am not atheist, I do belive that meybe there can be something after death, somehwere, but not in a kind of God that Islam describes. And I think what is written in the Quran is just been manipulated by peopel over time and is not Gods word.....

Why should I leave my friendly environment to travel to a place where people are discriminated against for their appearance only to become bitter and resentful?? And while we are at it, how many of you are supportive of the way non Muslims dress up?? Do you leave them to it or do you look down at them and mock them?? This is not true at all,there is no problem having a beard and getting jobs ,but you get some words like,why don't you shave,you will get alot of girls,you will be more beautiful,you will be cleaner,and such things.




Sometimes we joke with liquids,saying to one and another oh you my "BROTHER" don't shake it and such things,if you have beard you get some attention,but if you behave according to Sunnah,work on Akhlaq and Adab,there will be no problems inshaAllah.

which pf member has a beard that long?? i would like to know. if they even had the stylish beard to begin with and then were arguing like dogs who have been starved for a week, it would be understandable.

Afgun. Where is your beard or is that someone else's pic?

I keep my beard trim and no I don't go for the clean shaven plucked chicken look. That said wearing a beard doesn't make you a Muslim and some Muslims from some ethnic groups don't get much hair growth. I've seen Sikhs, Jews, Orthodox Christians and Hillbillies with big beards and unless they are kept tidy, I wouldn't employ any of them to work in a cake shop.
