If non mahrams are present The girls or his wife has to pray in the back behind the guys. If there are mahram then they could pray next to each other with the husband leading the salaat.Comment

because the Imaam is always infront, he's called a leader of the prayer, what sort of leader is not infront the jumaat?. Its Salaah, not some romantic ritual to feel close to your husband, stand beside him and hold his hand after salah if you want. jheeez----------
