Actually I find medical problems, even sleep medicine fascinating, which is why this is an interesting question. I would advocate nearly the exact opposite in this situation.

I think the approach should actually be:
    1. Do nothing at all and see if the dream occurs again in the setting of being conscious of it being an effect of long term memory. Avoid talking about, discussing or thinking about the dreamt person as much as possible. ---->
    2. If a similar dream occurs again then its likely, by diagnosis of exclusion, a dream of absent minded transgression if the residual feeling of strangeness/bad feeling persists after the dream. --->
    3. In that situation (ie the dream recurring again) then the dreamer should confront the issue as the unconscious cannot be expunged. If the person being dreamt about continues prior behavior then the dreamer's issues will absolve.
    4. Remainder of religio social behavior and post dream sunnah left to discretion of dreamer as discussed previously in regard to maintaining dream privacy.

    Interesting case.

any sensible being would have gathered an accurate estimation of what it is that i think of "suitable" ideas by now but not you..
i believe that our selection of people that we love, hate, respect or tolerate tells a great deal about us as individuals rather than who they are. and that the real concept of hate doesn't have to do with the goodness or level of tolerance and patience inside us but our inability to accept living with the idea of facing ourselves in the mirror as beings who have developed a weakness in the form of a need for that sort of patience and goodness that overcomes one's ability to recognize lack of understanding respect and it's value. why else would one feed someone's ego knowing they are wrong by tolerating them, showing them respect or being kind to them if they don't understand the value of respect themselves?
for instance, you are the type of individual who lives off of a dead poet's leftovers. just the thought of you defining hatred as an exaggerated idea is enough of a reason to make one want to puke none stop for an hour and a half, let alone the idea of what is suitable and what not.

I gather that you want this person to know what they did wrong, and acknowledge their part in whatever it was that happened between the both of you. The dying part is related to your belief that this person has transformed or is transforming into something worse. This person talking, whispering and telling you that she is in pain is reflected of you wanting this person to admit guilt. You dont necessarily want this person to suffer, or might care about this person. It seems you are just concerned with this persons testifying their wrong and you knowing that she knows she was in the wrong.

You didn't state your reaction. If your reaction to this person in a such a situation in your dream is sympathetic, then their admission to wrong is for your personal gratification. If your reaction to this person in your dream is apathetic, then her admission is just that, the acknowledgement of her guilt to her self.

I think u should only take it as a dream there is no need to evolve anything out of it if u could tell me which day of the week u were born u will be free in just under one week

Asking anyone's Mother name is considered disrespectful

Dreams are what is in YOUR subconscious mind. How old are you? Are you a male or a female? Married? Happily? How many kids? Financial problems? Any serious disease? Any addictions? Education? There are a thousand questions that you need to answer. In fact if you answer these yourselves you might be somewhere near a solution.

first time i was angered because i didn't want to be reminded of her nor did i enjoy being in a situation where i had to help her. the second time, i felt very bad for her because she seemed very helpless and troubled. third time i aslo felt bad for her but she was dead in my third dream and no one was there to claim her dead body except me.
