At my workplace all muslims get together and go to pray Jummah, there's no issue.

in my experience, If you are open and frank with your employer / teacher they will have no problem and will actually be quite understanding unless they have a inherent prejudice, if so, just take it up with senior management. You should always offer your employer the lost time but its better to schedule jummah during lunch, i find.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

Jumu’ah is very important, I would recommend reading it at all costs, I change my university timetable so I'm able to read this.

The importance of Jummah is such important , that :

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him)reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, "The five daily (prescribed) Salat, and Friday (prayer) to the next Friday (prayer), and the fasting of Ramadan to the next Ramadan, is expiation of the sins committed in between them, so long as major sins are avoided.''
            [Muslim].

Im myself have at the time of Jummah always at my lessons and i sometimes don't go to my lesson to be able to pray jummah, but the prayer of Zuhr im able to pray there while two non muslims take care that no one interrupts me....( may Allah guide them to islam).

I must work every Friday so going to the masjid is not an option for me. As the sole Muslim at my place of work, I pray alone but they provide me with a place to do so for my daily prayers.

As a female it is not obligatory to go to mosque.
