Gangster can you please share some of your experiences from the ishtima? Did you come across any Afghans/Pashtuns? Was it worth it? What did you guys discuss about?

We discussed many things but the overall purpose and lectures we heard were about Faith. Although we read the Kalimah we never try to interpret it into our lives. After every Prayer there would be a lecture . Once we even split into groups of 8 and had to recite the last 10 Surahs in the Quran with Tajweed. There might have been Afghans but i didn't come across many of them. As for Pashtuns they were all over the place. Played them in Basketball as well. Overall it was good it showed me many things i need to improve on. I would definitely say it was worth it but i was sick. It wouldve been way better if i wasnt sick. Plus i lived off junk food because they served Dhaal for breakfast LOL.
