Amir Ibn Al-Khattab - The Sword of Islam

I would like to inform all brothers and sisters of this great documentary about this brave, noble and respected man, Amir Ibn Al-Khattab also known as the Sword of Islam. He was one of the most respected Mujahideen fighters in this century and fought in Afghanistan, Tajikstan, Bosnia, Dagestan and Chechnya where he was most famous for his brilliant sacrifice, human excellence and relationship with the local population.

Luckily for those of you who do not speak Arabic I found an English version of this documentary on Youtube.

May Almighty Allah grant him eternal peace.

read my second sentence, i said majority of muslim lands are occupied by puppets. I am obviously including pakistan, gulf countries etc... in them

Remember this is only a earthly life. Amir Ibn Al-Khattab (May Almighty Allah have mercy on him and make him enter his vastest Paradise) glorious actions has inspired the whole Ummah.

If we Muslims had your way of viewing things we would be doomed foreever.

Yes, nothing is perfect and it should not be perfect.

About the situation. Bosnia is now a free country that is not occupied by infidels who massacre the population (Srebrenica massacre). Tajikstan is now free from communist Soviet Union but unfortunately still under Russian influence. Chechnya is a free country as well now but unfortunately still under Russian influence. Insha'Allah it will change. We are all in Almighty Allah's hands.

Dagestan is ruled by Muslims also and under very little Russian influence formally, Alhamdulillah.

Afghanistan is a free country.

I think you are being Naive, those countries are hardly free, I just saw a documentary on central asian states and saw how brutal they were against muslims. all these countries are following western life or Russian life style, Islam is only there in pockets. This is very far from perfect

Also how is Afghanistan free? the current leader is a western puppet, it is still occupied by western forces, unless you forgot about that

yeah, i have seen from your posts that your a resonable individual who respects his hosts and brings something to the forum. all of us should be honest enough to criticize whats wrong with us and our countries. self critique is a good thing.

I can't believe how anti-Islamic you are all the time and also negative toward the Ummah. I never see you criticize the crimes of western countries who have comitted the most in the history of this earth.

Chechnya is ruled by Muslims, puppets of Russi or not. Before the jihad in Chechnya they were ruled by communist unbelievers and the Chechen people could hardly perform a prayer in Arabic because of the lack of religion because of communism for 80 years. The same with Dagestan. Now it is completely different.

Bosnia also. Now a free country not part of a communist country (Yugoslavia). Ruled by Muslims also.

Karzai is a puppet yes, but you know very well that nearly nothing of Afghan territory is controlled by the occupiers nor the puppets. So they are virtually a free country ruled by Sharia and tribal leaders and religious figures.

About Tajikstan. Yes they are unfortunately infected by communism but they are turning towards Islam.

I am not naive because I always strive to the tell the truth.

I have criticized the western powers in the past posts of mine if you check. however I also think the conditions of muslim world wide is really bad and not so beautiful as you are painting. I am being realistic.

Now that doesn't mean we should stop working for proper Islamic states just because our conditions are bad, in fact that should be our main goal

This man is a true soldier and lion of islam, he defeated the russians and its allies in numerous battles.

A very inspiring man, I chatted with his cousin online once. But I don't like how he worked alongside Shamil Basayev, who was an inhumane murderer. Khattab was a true fighter, he did not use suicide bombers to kill innocent people. He has an interview in this documentary, which is worth watching -

Brother, I posted this documentary a few weeks ago. I think I called it Chechnya.

I like what the old Pashtun man is saying to the photographer at the end of the documentary. Can someone confirm that he is indeed speaking Pashtun?

Remember that Shamil lost whole of his family (12 members) because of Russians bombing civilians in his native village in 1995. From there on he used more direct means.
