Following the 5 pillars of Islam is a must, with Charity being one the most important pillars
One of things I notice is that, we give very little charity to help the needy. As muslims we should really give charity or atleast do some thing to help our fellow human beings who are suffering. We waste so much time doing nothing, might as well use that time by doing some thing good.
Recently I have been involved in a lot volunteer work with charity organizations and trust me there is no better feeling when you help some body in need. If you have no purpose in life, make this a purpose of your life, to help some one. It will open your mind and you will start loving your life and you will start appreciating small things in life.
Quran mentions about Charity in almost every surah, clearly it is one of the most important parts of the religion. If you give charity, even if it is little, trust me Allah will reward you for your good deeds in this world and the next
