عيد مبارك
To all brothers and sisters.
Taqaballahu minna wa minkum.
I wish all our pilgrimes performing the noble Hajj a safe journey and return.
May Allâh ‘Azza Wa Jal accept the good deeds from them and all other Muslims during the holy month of Dhul-Hijjah as well.
I am unfortunately not able to perform the Hajj again this year but I pray to Almighty Allah that I will have the opportunity next year.

Unfortunately not yet, but Insha'Allah I will soon visit al-Masjid al-Aqsa.
It's a shame. Not that you've been to Makkah of course but that the people who do Hajj don't go to visit Masjid Al-Aqsa anymore. All this because of the Zionists.
My grandparents went to Makkah from Morrocco by horse and feet.
Back in the days, that was the only way to do it. And they even went to Al Quds. But that was before the wars with the Jews...
Now people go by plane and they don't take their time to develop their spirituality and they can't visit Masjid Al-Aqsa because of restrictions...

Yes, it is. But Insha'allah it will happen soon again. It was very normal to do it before the creation of the Zionist state.Originally posted by Al Hanif View PostIt's a shame. That must have taken months.
I agree it is a great shame. My ancestors all lived close to the two holy cities (Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, Palestine) so they did not have to do such an amazing long journey.
I have never flight myself because when I performed the Hajj I lived in Jeddah only once when I lived earlier in UAE.
I have seen old video from pilgrimes from as far as Indonesia and Gambia performing the Hajj.

I say mubarak to all the brothers and sisters.
May Allah accept your prayers and fasts (if you fasted).
May Allah keep you in good health and may Allah forgive all the Muslims.
Ameen.
