the lady speaking is saying that the bengali man who did this doesn't attend the madrasa that she went to but lives in the same area. she also said that the people from madrasa are saying that they can't do anything about it.
why is she going to the people of madrasa instead of the police in the first place? they are not defending him by saying they can't do anything about it. they can't interfere in a matter that is not related to them.
