Asalam alykum warahmatullahi wabaraktuh,
All praise due to Allah the most high, there is no god except him,
Peace and blessing of Allah be upon our beloved Prophet (saw) and may Allah have his mercy with his family and his companions and may Allah guide this ummah and unite them under the banner of there is no God except Allah.
After that ( ama baad)
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Allah says in Quran :
“To the people of Madyan (Madian) (We sent) their brother Shu’aib. He said: “O my people! Worship Allah, you have no other Ilah (God) but Him. Verily! a clear proof (sign) from your Lord has come unto you; so give full measure and full weight and wrong not men in their things, and do not mischief on the earth after it has been set in order that will be better for you, if you are believers. And sit not on every road, threatening, and hindering from the Path of Allah those who believe in Him, and seeking to make it crooked. Remember when you were but few, and He multiplied you. See what was the end of the Mufsideen (mischief makers, corrupts and liars). And if there is a party of you who believes in that which I have been sent and a party who do not believe, so be patient until Allah judges between us, and He is the Best of judges.”
The chiefs of those who were arrogant among his people said: “We shall certainly drive you out, O Shu’aib! and those who have believed with you from our town, or else you all shall return to our religion.”
He said: “Even though we hate it! We should have invented a lie against Allah if we returned to your religion, after Allah has rescued us from it. It is not for us to return to it unless Allah, our Lord, should will. Our Lord comprehends all things in His Knowledge. In Allah (Alone) we put our trust. Our Lord! Judge between us and our people in truth, for You are the Best of those Who gives judgment.”
The chiefs of those who disbelieved among his people said to their people: “If you follow Shu’aib be sure then you will be the losers!”
Then he (shu’aib) turned from them and said: “O my people! I have indeed conveyed my Lord’s Messages unto you and I have given you good advice. Then how can I sorrow for the disbelieving people’s (destruction).” (Ch 7:85-93 Quran)
This end of this verse is talking about Shuaib (a.s) after he saw them all dead around him lying (after the earthquak that destroyed them),he speaks to dead people,i have conveyed my message and i feel no sorrow for you.
They said: O Shuaib! Does your prayer (i.e., the prayers which you offer has spoiled your mind, so you) command that we leave off what our fathers used to worship, or that we leave off doing what we like with our property? Verily, you are the forbearer, right-minded!" (11:87)
Shuaib's people realized that the Prophet was not simply asking them to pray regularly but that he wanted them to establish a whole new economic system as well, hence the references to fair trading. The lesson to be learned from this is that in Islam, there is no leaving "What belongs to God, for God; and what belongs to Caesar, for Caesar." Everything belongs to God. How can a Muslim who worships Allah Almighty during his five daily prayers, be expected to obey others in other aspects of his daily life. There can be no duality of authority in Islam. Allah is the Creator , and His Alone is the right to legislate and demand loyalty. Man is the slave of Allah and should obey Him Alone.
salam). They said to keep the religion separate from business.

Shuaib
(alaihis salam) did not talk to his people
about fornication and adultery. He spoke about their evil transactions in business. The people were very upset with that. They said, ‘What does your prayer and religion have to do with business?
Why don’t you just talk about spiritual issues? How come you are getting into business?’- this is an old
form of Secularism. Secularism was not invented recently, it existed from the time of Shuaib (alaihis
